Awful experience. Tried to return an item that was damaged and scratched when it was purchased. First time we went back to the store they said they needed a receipt and would not return it. Then the second time when I finally had the receipt was 3 months later, and they accused us of scratching the item ourselves and the manager Chad hid in the back room and refused to come back out, with his employee refusing to help and saying the situation was handled with nasty smirk on her face, talking back at us as if we were guilty of something. "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." well from what I understand you arent supposed to be selling damaged, scratched items as if they were new! Then three more managers showed up, said Chad was busy and that there was nothing more they could do. Apparently that employee is their best in customer service, so I suggest staying clear of this place. Without a doubt the most awful customer service I have received in a long time and that includes fast food restaurants. Really disappointed because this store is the closest to my house

Called geek squad at store because my printer wasnt working- was guided to HP downloads and directed what to download- however the young man was too busy to stay on line till completed. When completed still couldnt print! Called store again and another young man told me my computer was done and I should come in and buy a new one- When I began to question him -he told me he couldnt talk because he had a customer in front of him-when I asked to speak with someone else he said everyones busy-when i asked to be put on hold he told me he couldnt there was a phone line! When I pointed out the just answering the phone calls and not HELPING the people who call might not be that productive HE HUNG UP ON ME! I only gave one star so I could post. Ive bought many computers cell phones fit bit etc from them but my advice is go somewhere else! They just want to sell not help you...This was the store on route 110 by Walt Whitman in Huntington

We were assisted with an external hard drive purchase by an extremely helpful salesperson named Robert. He was very knowledgeable in the products, in their designs, the diff. manufacturers, and diff. models. Indeed, it was quite a learning experience. Having someone assist us who knew computers and their accessories made for a painless and hassle-free shopping experience. It was my first time at this store location but it will not be my last. The store was clean, uncluttered, organized, and the personnel from the door to the floor were pleasant and courteous. Honestly, it made for a refreshing shopping experience.

The absolute worst customer service. I called their store a day in advance to inquire about doing an even exchange on a refurbished Xbox One I bought from them (The console was getting disc read errors). Whomever I spoke with on the phone said itd be no problem, just bring the console in. Upon getting to the store they not only told me they couldnt do an even exchange but they also tried to con me in to buying a brand new Xbox One and pay the difference of approximately $130. I typically stick with GameStop but I thought this was a good deal; evidently I thought wrong.

Terrible customer service here, Asking for help usually ends with the employees there glaring at you or being extremely rude and unhelpful. The cashiers there are usually busy chatting with there co-workers to be of any help and can be rude if they do feel like actually working. Also dont try to pre-order anything here since even if you payed in full 3 months in advance they will still say that you havent payed for it. In summary this place is usually filled with incompetent staff, if you do want to shop at a best buy go anywhere else but here.

Do not EVER buy into their cell phone protection plans...they changed the conditions and make you wait over a week to get a refurbished phone? On top of that there customer service at this store sucks...4 hours to get the loaner phone running properly, 4 calls to find out what the holdup was and when I called to complain, didnt they know it was back ordered? Pay the extra and stick with your carrier service plans. Never had such a bad experience with Best Buy customer service before and will NOT be using them in the future.

This store is the worst, My phone was broken, I went there to get a new phone because I have a insurance through best buy. I literally sat there for 3.5 hours waiting to get my new phone when they finally transferred all the data after three hours, they discovered that the new phone was defective So I had to leave the store with my same broken phone and wait for the new phone to be delivered. NOW AFTER GETTING THIS PHONE AFTER THREE WEEKS ITS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!! Ughhhhh waste of time and money!!!

I just purchased a Samsung Smart TV with a 32" screen on sale for only $200. Samsung TVs literally plug in and start. Picture quality is auto set to perfection and wireless connection completed in seconds. The sales people were right when they said go for the best operating system. I always trust their knowledgeable sales people and purchase all my tech items from them --computers, laptops, printers, tvs, ROKU box, even an emergency cell phone for only $10.00--they have it all.

Called about a specific item to make sure it was in stock before driving out there. They told me they had 15 in stock. Took the 25 mile drive to find out they had none available. They said they had 15 in the system but they had all been stolen. I asked the rep to make sure they had physical inventory on the shelf, which he confirmed. Horrible store, no wonder they have so much turnover and are always hiring. This is the second time this has happened.

Hard to find help when you do they often dont know the product line youre asking about so are of little help. Best Buy needs a better system to compete if theyre not going to give service what are they offering? A showroom for the online competition? Honestly it wasnt worth the trip even for that considering they didnt have the model on display to hear or see on one item another was locked down and powered off. Waste of time.

Its a great store and has almost all the items always in stock. The reason Im giving it a 4 star rating is because the staff there are not always to be found when you need help finding something, and not all staff actually know about the products. Remember to always check the same item on Amazon because they price match items that are directly sold by amazon and amazon is usually 10-15$ cheaper, so your welcome.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They gave me such a problem with price match when the website clearly stated it was from amazon and Amazon prime! I left there and ordered it on line and will be receiving it in 2 days! This is why so many establishments are closing. I also asked to speak to a manager and he was not nice at all. I will never visit this location again!
