Some people who working at Geek Squad " 100 Hawley Ln, Trumbull, CT 06611" such as Best Buy Manger and Geek Squad Manger, and a technician have NO knowledge, No ethic, Manipulators, Liars, Racism. At March 1st, a technician said "Our diagnose found problem with software and your should pay $200 to fix software and pick up your files" and I paid. At March 3rd, a technician said "Oh, the problem with software and Processor (CPU)". At March 5th. the technician and Best Buy Manger said "Oh, You have another problem with Motherboard" and will send it to main office to determine what is the problem exactly, also your files are deleted". At March 13th. We have a new hero who is Geek Squad Manger said "Your computer never woke anymore and we dont have time to see old computer, and will throw it in garbage if you not take with you". At 2014, I purchased My computer is DELL/ Inspiron 15z/ core i7/ 1 TB, and produce 2014 from same store.

I went to buy a car stereo, and I did. I was buying one that was IPOD capable, and the manger on duty, Adam, was very helpful, and removed the display unit from the display so we could connect my IPOD to the rear USB port and see how it worked. If not for that, I woudnt have bought the head unit. If Adam runs the company someday, then Best Buy might be ok. The thing that makes this review AVERAGE is that it took 10 minutes to find anyone that could help me, and after deciding that I did want the stereo, I stood in line for 15 minutes. There were two people at the front desk where I was waiting, but one person went away and never came back after they helped the person in front of me, and I stood there for 15 minutes. No one said hello or anything. Typical retail service in the US.

I recently made two purchases from the Best Buy in Trumbull, CT. A four phone Verizon cell plan, and a few days later a laptop. While I can’t say both purchase were not without challenges I can tell you I received some of the best customer service from any place I’ve done business with. Leonel from the Mobile team went above and beyond to straighten out issues we had with the cell program and Vincent from the Geek Squad was able to help me set up the laptop. Both of these employee should be recognized to their professionalism and patience while dealing with a very frustrated customer, (me). I have made several purchases from Best Buy in the past and have found their pricing very competitive. A great store to do business with, with great employees.

Just Bad. The guys that work at the TV are know nothing. I cant understand. Way overcharge for TV, and ask me for protection. That is a rip off. I came in for a new tv and I wanted it mounted. They cancel my order and send me wrong tv! I spoke with i think all the tv employees at one time or another, I was there 3 different times for same problem. Giovannia and Daniel were helping me and couldnt figure it out. I talked to Jim and Jake, and they help me figure it out. They told me the tvs wont ever be in stock again, if it is deleted. I went to Danbury and they said they got it. Much better store,better and smarter workers. Stay away from best buy in stratford.

Its a Best Buy, so theres not too much to day. The staff is generally helpful there. They do open box specials which there have been some good deals. The only negative (and this may be true of any Best Buy) is they dont seem to want to address customer service (returns, order pickup, etc) wait times during peak times of the day/week. It would seem simply adding an extra person to serve the line would go a long way to avoid wait times sometimes 30+ minutes if you go at the wrong time.

Bestbuy Trumbull - One of my favorite stores to shop in...: ) Parking is in the back of Hawley Lane Mall. There is always enough parking only during the holiday season is there some tough parking because Target shares the parking space with Bestbuy. Other wise the store is very clean and kept looking nice. You might not find everything because its a smaller Bestbuy store but they will help ether ship to your house or pick up in store or you can go and pickup at another store.

Dont buy appliances here! We bought a fridge, dishwasher, and stove here. It took 2 months to get the proper stove installed. I think the delivery guys where the only ones that knew a darned thing. My wife was on the phone so many times trying to deal with managers we both wanted to pull our hair out. In the end they made good with monotary returns. But my wife wont even step foot in a best buy again.

I check Best Buy first for any electronics; I have a particular store by my that seems to have the best reps for technical knowledge in their departments, and prefer to go their, but will choose any Best Buy (including online). Highly recommend the store. (note: for mobile phone plans, they are very efficient, and have far more knowledge about the phones and their soft/hardware)

I walked in the store and asked for wireless which I meant cordless phones they pointed me in the right direction and said someone would be over to help me right away no one ever came so I stayed there for a while looking until I found what I needed at the price I needed but I took more time than what I needed to take but the cashier was very helpful

Theyre terrible at picking up the phone when you call, but in person the staff are very nice and helpful. Just watch out for the Geek Squad (total ripoff at any best buy) and get a second opinion from a friend if they are helping you pick out a laptop; I heard from more than one person that best buy employees tend to lie to get commission.

Would have given it a 2 but most of the demos worked. Hard to find help. Better going there trying it then scanning it to see the price on Amazon. Saved $100 on a laptop because no one helped us. Found it on Amazon for $100 less. Wouldnt have looked if we were being waited on. Store is starting to show its age.

Hands down the longest wait time over the phone to ask a simple question. I imagine the employees walking by a phone with all 4 lines glowing red and just smirking. Completely unacceptable. Shame on the manager, Ive read other reviews hpthat say the same and clearly no one cares.

The staff is friendly and helpful but it seems a bit smaller than other stores. The last few times I came there looking for something they did not have it in stock and suggested I go elsewhere or online. Id suggest calling ahead if youre looking for something in particular.

That Samsung representative has no knowledge on what he is doing; only cares about his sales! Checking on blogs to find out information. Very frustrating to have a issue with your phone and have someone who doesn’t even care to help you. Please replace him!

Went to swap a router due to being defected was told router was 100% flawless (yea right like everything in life is 100% flaw free smh) didnt deal with customer service rep just got my money back. Bad customer service, bad experience.
