I purchased a washer.dryer stackable combo with deilvery and install. Delivery was opn time but an install kit for stacjables was missing so they couldnt install. This is where ther real problem begins. I call corporate CS and they tell me to call the store - there is nothing they can do. so I wait until after 10AM whne store opens and I am told that they meed to contact corporate to resolve the problem becasue the dekivery and install is subcontarcted to 3rd party. He sida I would eb getting a call back from corporate. Meanwhile, I go on FB and complain and they offer to help, telling me they will expedite my issue with corporate , which isnt happning. I get a call from corporate finally and they tell me they cant do anything until they contact the delviery team.company and it may be up to 48 hours before the items are even shown as delivered. Best Buy may be good at selling stuff but they are just one BIG munkeyphuck when it copmes to customer service. No one take ownership of a customer problem, they are all well trained in blowing off customers who have issues.

Had, and always do, very satisfactory experience. Had CD?Radio installed in my 1999 Lincoln Town Car. Nate (Nathan) unfortunately no longer at the Orange Ct. store installed it. Sales person, not Nate, recommended the wrong one. Nate installed compatible one, unfortunately it was a bad unit. Called him made an appointment and he installed another one and it is just great. When I enter the store there is always a smiling face and a nice welcome and "Can I help you find something" question. I am disabled and OLD so it is nice that they direct me as it is a big big store. I have been happy with everything I have purchased for the last 8 years. They are great when I come in with a lower price AD, they always honour it for me. Nate, even said the one he finally put in saved me money. Great Customer service. If I could I would give the Orange Ct. store 10" OUT OF 10. Maybe I have been lucky, but 8 years of buying, just think they have well trained people.

I went in to upgrade and purchase a new DSL combo modem/router. No one helped me in the aisle but, I had done research at home so it really didnt matter. I went to check out and the cashier was full of useful information. She was a real sweetheart (didnt get her name). I told her I was upgrading from an old 802.11n to the new AC and she said the one I was purchasing was the best they offer in store and said I will definately notice an improvement especially with multiple devices. I told her we were a family 5 with 3 kids. She was polite, kind and everything you want from a cashier. You could tell she enjoyed her job. I asked about the price match and she answered all of those questions as well.

Some of the worst customer service I have encountered. They say they have a price match but when I went there I was told no that deal isnt happening anymore.. Confused when the sales associate wouldnt get a manager, I thanked him and proceeded to the customer service line where I watched employees walk by me as I waited for 10 mins then left after no one came to the counter. After that I called and waited on hold for 40 mins. Finally someone picked up I explained the situation she said let me see if I can help you out me on hold for another 20. They all need a lesson in customer service! Hope they get it I am a fan of Best Buy just not the one in Orange....

I shop at this location often and I have NEVER had a problem. Of course they run into problems when they are short staffed or they have promotions. But I have always been greeted and spoken to very professionally and courteously. I even went in looking for a product and because they had a recall on that one the gentleman that helped me showed me different ones with even better quality and cheaper than what I would have payed for the other one. Their staff has always be nice and very helpful.

Not sure why the attitude with some of the employees.. They are lazy. They sulk so much to even bring an item from the back.. Used to live in salt lake..may be these employees should visit that part of the country to get trained in customer service. I could get better service at walmart. Obviously ppl will keep using the 15 days return policy if you dont take time to talk to them and help them to find what they need. Then theybwont return.. Else just shut up and takenthe product back.

**Avoid this Best Buy** Used the online store product checker to see if they had the tablet I was looking for. It said they did so I called to make sure. I then sat on the phone for 20 minutes on my way to the store without anyone picking up my call. I walked into the store and and noticed many sales reps just standing around. The manager on duty offered her apologies as the sales rep walked away from the situation. Will not return to this location as it stains the Best Buy name.

I bought a satalite radio car receiver from north haven Best Buy. They sent me to the orange one for the installation and Im glad they did. I arrived a little late and it wasnt an issue. They gave me a guy named Matt. He was fantastic. Not only did he complete the task before the time told to me, he was nice enough to show me how to use the receive and how to set up the satalite radio. I highly recommend you use the Best Buy in orange and ask for Matt!

Bought a dryer in the North Haven store. They then subcontracted it to the Orange store who had the inventory. They were supposed to come and install the machine. Took them a week to come, and when they did, a part was missing. They left the dryer out in the rain all day. Spent two hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. Encountered nothing but incompetence and bureaucratic blame game, in which each store blames the other.

I just bought a couple products at this Best Buy. Loved it, i had 4 different people ask if i needed any help when I first arrived. It was not annoying. When I decided I finally needed help. Carmen saw it on my face and came over. I did not evan have to ask! Great experience. Only thing I did not like was the camcorder and video area. Some planogram work would help. Seemed empty.

was looking for a battery for the electronic key remote control for my car, was told I needed an auto mechanic... "but I looked it up on-line and they said you had the battery in stock" I said "no, maybe try target" was there response. eventually I wondered the store and found it myself to the surprise of the store assistant. "oh, I didnt know we stocked these" he said

I just purchased an I-pad and I was very happy with the associate who helped me. He was pleasant, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was happy with my experience at the Best Buy in Orange, not happy at all with the Best Buy in Waterford which is much closer to me, but it is worth all the extra miles to Orange to be treated with courtesy.
