Incompetent deceitful staff. No wonder they dont like being recorded. If only I could opt out of that too when dealing with MS tech support on the phone :) So heres what happened when I gave Microsoft a _second_ chance to fix the Lumia 1520 _they_ screwed up in the first place. First they couldnt turn my phone on and were about to use my unopened charger components until I told them no. Then they were unable to tell me if the 1520 supported Windows 10. Then they attempted to update from 3 ISOs they had locally because they couldnt get the updates online (seriously?). Then they couldnt tell me the version numbers of the updates they did try, nor identify the version of Windows running on my device. And when I asked them to verify what transpired both verbally and in writing, they lied about details and refused to put anything in writing until I pressed the issue. Sadly this store isnt in Nassau county. Otherwise it would most definitely be the one I name in the small claims case Im filing. #TechnicallyAngry

Total ripoff of Apple but it works. Staff was great answering questions and doing a demo for me. Nice bug and bright store with plenty of hardware on the desks to play around with and try. They have a help desk so you can ask questions about your laptop or Surface. They also have a glass enclosed private area for training and for renting out for events.

I have been to the store at Walt Whitman a few times, very professional and for someone that is not a techy they go out of their way to help. They do it with a smile and a laugh. Much easier to deal with the tech service folks in the store then over the phone.

Not even 1 star. Windows 10 ruined my operating system and they said they would have it repaired within 5 days. After many various excuses it is going on 3 weeks that they have the unit. Still not repaired.

Nice clean store. Great staff. Come and try all the gadgets and play. Check your email as you shop. I didnt see anyone purchase anything while I was there.
