I wish all my buying experiences could be as friendly and professional as the one I had at PC Richards in Plainview on Saturday April 15th. My goal was to get a downstairs AC for my house delivered and installed . While working with Jerry the store manager I learned very quickly there is a lot you need to know about your current AC that you are replacing . Jerry was so patient, informative and supportive of my situation being the head of the household and not knowing a lot of the info he needed . Since I live close to the store and was able to run back home and take pictures of my current ACs- the dimensions , the types of plugs and room placement of my ACs I quickly returned back to the store. After returning while multitasking - Jerry stopped and said he figured out the best AC with the right dimensions once I gave him my old ones. He spent more than the expected time looking through the computer for my past purchases and went the extra mile to get me what I needed (what fit in the old space as the dimensions of what was available and what I previously had were slightly off). At this point I decided to replace 2 ACs instead of one . He patiently organized my delivery for an upcoming Saturday and organized all my receipts and rebates for my purchases. He assured me the day of installation if there was any issues I could call the store and get some help. I highly recommend Plainview PC Richard if you are a customer that wants to treated with the utmost professionalism and care.

My husband and I have been in our house for 27 years. The appliances have had to be replaced from time to time. During the year we have had to replace the washer and dryer. We made our trip to P.C. Richards, in Plainview, NY. We found the service to be excellent. We have been customers for years at the P.C. Richards in Plainview, NY. The service has always been terrific. This week our dishwasher broke after 12 years. We did some shopping around before to see what we wanted and the prices. Then we took a trip to P.C. Richards in Plainview, to make our purchase. We must say that that the store has great customer service. The service was beyond excellent that we felt that it was time to write a review. The sales representative Rich R was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was pleasant, patient and caring. The salesman discussed the price with us, and then consulted with the store manager, Jerry who agreed to the competitive pricing. We found the store has great customer service. If it was possible to give more than five stars we would.

I went to PC Richards in Plainview this morning in desperate need of a new dishwasher asap. Knowing nothing about dishwashers, having never actually purchased, one I was a little nervous. Luckily Neil Skolnick approached me to help and made the rest of my PC Richards experience a great one. Neil took my information and showed me the exact model that would be best for my kitchen. He assured me that it would be delivered as quickly as possible and installed the same day as my delivery. The pricing was great and Neil took the time to explain every line of the bill to me and what I should do when I got home to ensure a proper fit. I went from nervous to confident that I would be receiving the perfect dishwasher. And the best part was that Neil got my delivery within 2 days. I was extremely happy with the customer service. Fast, effective, and informative. Neil even brought over the manager John to reassure me that I was ordering the right dishwasher with the correct warranty. From now on, Neil Skolnick is my PC Richards salesman, he was simply the BEST.

My great experience first started when I entered the store. I was immediately greeted by this wonderful gentlemen who took care of all of my needs when buying the appliance and items I needed. He was so caring and was focused on all of my needs and requirements for what I was looking for. He took care of everything for me with expertise. All of the salesman and people who work here as phenomenal. The office manager and associates of the office are wonderful as well. They went over my delivery for the next day to ensure everything went smoothly and they were so nice about it. Anyone who wants to buy appliances or electronics, I greatly recommend coming to this store in Plainview. I cant imagine going anywhere since all these people here make a connection with you and make me feel like Im at home.

Recently, we purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, dryer and TV and Bose Sound bar through PCRichards after our home was destroyed in a fire. Our salesman was Mr. Ken Hammer. After extensive shopping, we ordered everything through P.C. Richards because Mr. Hammer was particularly informative and helpful in guiding us to make the right selections. Aside from his in depth knowledge of the merchandise we needed, he was kind , considerate,patient and extremely accommodating. While all the employees at this store were very pleasant, Mr. Hammer was outstanding and so very helpful. He made this shopping experience a terrific one. It was his due diligence that made P.C. Richards a place I would highly recommend to everyone.

Horrible service, walked in the store and no one came up to us for over 25 minutes. Granted this was during the weekend so it was very busy. Then when we finally got service, our salesman couldnt answer our questions fully and I felt like he wasnt knowledgeable about the products you are selling at all. Our salesman then called over the manager, which initially scared my wife and I because we thought something was wrong. Then the manager Mike was completely rude to myself and my wife making her and I feel like we were stupid. The only thing I feel stupid about was shopping at that location. I can not believe you have this salesman and manager representing P.C. Richard like that. I will think twice about shopping in this location again.

PC Richards in Plainview is the place to go. I met the General Manager, Jerry Castronova at the Plainview Long Island store many years ago and have grown to trust and appreciate his amazing personality and honesty whenever I deal with him. He never stops trying to help when problems arise and turns these unavoidable situations into pleasant ones. What an amazing manager as he has such a friendly disposition and great personality. Everyone I speak with trusts Mr. Castronova implicitly and never has an issue going to his store first and last. No reason to price around as trust is more important and PC Richards always has the best prices anyway! I wholeheartedly recommend PC Richards Plainview for any appliance or bedding needs.

I have just return from PC Richards, a very happy customer. Let me explain, two years I bought a hair dryer to be used to remove wax from metal candle sticks. It was not used very often and when I went to use it the other day. it wouldnt work. My thought was, "well its worth a try, Ill return it to PC Richards." And what to my wondering ears should I hear. "No problem, well get you another one." The nother one was $5 more and they gave me an even exchange. PC Richards has been my electronic store for over 40 years. I have always trusted them and been pleased with their products. I now have another reason to continue shopping at PC Richards.
