only one person (Jeff Brown Manager) was smart and nice enough to help me. after going back and forth for almost a month and speaking with other managers in the service department in particular a guy named Chris. not only was service rude but also very disrespectful they sent 2 techs to my house and not one could figure out what was wrong with my dryer after waiting for over a month for the parts and an answer as to when i can get the dryer fixed i decided to call the store and ask for sales i got Jeff Brown on the phone and explained my frustration having to go to a laundry mat and spend money when i have a new machine at home also that i had a lot of family staying at my house for the holidays and how important it was that i had my dryer back Jeff was the only one that called me back when he said he would and also he took it upon himself to get me a new dryer and also have it delivered and installed the next day if it was not fr Jeff PC Richards would have lost a customer of over 10 yeas after speaking with him and seeing his commitment to customer service i return to the store the next day and purchased beats head phones something i would have not done if it was not for the way he help me. Jeff was able to make an extremely upsetting situation and change it for the better i am happy with my dryer and i will continue to shop at this location as as long as Jeff Brown is still the manager!!!! Jeff if you read this i would personally like to thank you for your impeccable service and genuine concern for my situation you saved my holidays and for that i thank you!!!!!!!

Bennie...is absolutely the best. If you are buying any product...i would say over $1500.00 buy the warranty /service contract. I purchased a stove a fridge and dishwasher with warrantys like this and they have all paid off!. My stove a part was on national back order i did without an oven for one month...yes i was patient. then i called and told them i dont care thats its on back order give me a stove. They refunded store credit every dollar plus tax minus the $300 waranty i went in pick out my stove and received it the nest day! amazing. also my fridge. I spent 2700 on it ...bought a warranty, it covered everything on the unit for 10 years ...5.5 years later the complete unit failed. on 4/29/14 i was issued every dollar I spent again...plus tax minus warranty, went to store at 530 pm Bennie helped me...negotiated a better price. The new fridge with a new warranty was delivered this morning. PC Richard, even if its a little annoying at first has always honored the warranty. SO happy with them...its a little frustrating when things break down. I suppose we never want anything we spend alot of money on to break but it happens, they do not builod thing they way they used to but at least now I try to buy American made. parts might come from somewhere else but i am hoping that the workmanship being done in the US is substantially better made then in Malaysia, Indonesia or china. PC thanks for everything!!!

I have been a customer of pc richard for about 25 years. My experience has always been excellent. We usually arrive needing an appliance right away, and really need help and convenience with our busy work schedules. We are always offered many choices, and the sales help is great. Just bought a clothes dryer today. Even with snow and bad weather, it will be delivered on Friday, and I can get back to normal. The quality of the products is standard for today, and my last dryer lasted 12 years. i am a pretty happy customer, and the sales help is always HELPFUL. We buy all of our appliances here, and will continue to do so. I give 5 stars.

I went to the Levittown store to price all my major kitchen appliances plus a washer. The salesman (Jason) was great, he knew his stuff. I showed him pictures of my kitchen for design aspects and he took his time showing me and explaining the differences in the appliances. Ive been shopping around, the prices I got blew away the competition, I wound up purchasing everything that day. Delivery a few days later went just as smooth, the deliverymen/installers were fantastic. They did a very neat and conscious job. I have never been so happy with the service I received and the products I purchased.

I am a regular Best Buy customer and then I went to PC Richards in Levitown about two weeks ago to get a TV and a DVD player the salesman Nick was very knowledgeable on all the TVs and helped me out and explained everything I needed to know how to work the TV and when I got home it was easy to use then another helpful worker Ryan carried out the TV and put it in my car for me he was a gentleman and I was very impressed by their professionalism! Best Buy just lost a customer I will now be shopping at PC Richards all the time! PC Richards just became my favorite appliance store!

I had a issue with my iPad that I purchased over a year ago. Sadly I had no extended warranty and I was pretty much out of luck. Then I spoke with a manager named Mike. He actually helped me out to resolve my iPad software issue by doing a reset without me losing any information and since then the freezing issue stopped. I never expected to get any service because I was out of warranty but Mike went above and beyond to make sure I get the care I needed and problem resolved. Thank you PC Richard and Mike in Levittown for taking care of a loyal customer 5 stars all the way!

Very stressful in picking out new appliances and new washer and dryer. Mario Saved the day and took away all stress and worries. Took his time to explain each product and completely honest in regards to all the pros and cons. Not only did he help us in enjoy this shopping experience and love the products we picked out with no second doubts he was able to give us an amazing deal. Very humble and enthusiastic and personable about his job and it shows that he loves what he does. We will definitely be coming back to get more when the time comes

Have always been a dedicated P.C. Richards shopper. My parents and their parents were before them! I have never had a better experience then when I worked with Jeff from the Levittown location. He was able to set-up me up with my appliance and was able to give me clear advice and dedicated service while I was in the store. I have been back to this location multiple times and have bought everything from a keurig to a mattress and every time Jeff and his team have been there to make sure I had everything I needed! 10/10...always!
