Terrible. Ordered a computer through Amazon from a user called KLAMP Electronics. Well it shipped from these guys. Based on multiple clues, I was able to determine that they are, in fact, the same company. Now, Metro IS an Authorized Microsoft Refurbisher, however, the computer I received was not what you would consider "refurbished" at all. Under the poorly applied vinyl skin they used to mimic the original finish, there were multiple dents and extreme wear which could only have been developed over months or more of heavy use and neglect. The laptop was supposed to have a DVD drive, but it did not. The bottom had multiple heavy scratches. The keys on the keyboard were worn as though it had been heavily used. None of this is to be expected from a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. This appears to be more of what they call an "off-lease" unit that they wiped clean and put and put a vinyl sticker on. It was probably leased to a company for a year or two before before they upgraded to a later model fleet of laptops. Not acceptable!

While I was apprehensive in buying a refurbished computer, several "computer knowledgeable" people told me that it would be ok. After I made the purchase I saw several bad reviews for the company Metro Business Systems. Then I was really worried. However all went well. I will admit that a few specs were different than what was listed. The processor was 3.4mhz instead of 3.9mhz. But ram memory, which I was concerned about, was 16mb instead of 12mb. I did receive a wireless mouse and keyboard instead of usb devices. I hardly think thats a bad thing. I had an easy time of setting up the computer and it has run zoomy fast, which is what I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase!

I purchased a re-furbished laptop from Overstock and it was shipped from Metro Business Systems! They sent me the wrong computer! Wrong Model! I returned the laptop to them, waited three weeks and finally gave up. The said they were waiting for "a memory chip" to send me a new computer. So, the computer I ordered was not available so they tried to hack something together. I could only deal with them by email after several calls to there customer service line. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This was the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Still no laptop. Will look elsewhere.

I was sent the wrong model Dell Precision M4700, and I did not get any response after I contacted them until 2 days later. When they finally did respond, I was told that someone would help me shortly. I guess shortly means half a day later. I was then told I could have the return ready to go after just a few documents were put together on their end. 9 hours later, still no documents. Seriously unhappy, especially considering I needed the correct model delivered on time so I could finish some mission critical work. Now I am set back, and frustrated.

Terrible, terrible customer service. The laptop I ordered was defective (did not even turn on). Took me about a month to get a label from them so I could send it back. A MONTH!!!! Thats me calling them, emailing them, and getting the runaround every time. Got my label, sent it back, 3 weeks later, still waiting on a response for a lead time to get a new OR AT LEAST WORKING, laptop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are just terrible.

The customer service is horrific. 10 phone calls later I still havent been given any information on how to return this defective tablet that wont charge. The person I was told should handle this, John Greco, doesnt answer or return phone calls, and now the voicemail at his extension says leave a message for someone else!!! How ridiculous. How is this company still in business ???

I cannot comment on their return policy because in the past 14months I have never once had to return a single product. For a company looking for refurbished products I would highly recommend Metro Business Systems!!!

I bought a laptop via Groupon which was refurbished and warranted by this supplier. The Groupon promise is that refurbished products have been tested before shipment and fully functional. Unfortunately, the unit I received was not functional out of the box. I would be reluctant to trust refurbished products from this supplier.
