HORRIBLE SERVICE. I never felt more discriminated in my life. And this was not the first time I have experience this at this location. I needed some paint, so i go the paint section and got what I need. I go the self check out and found myself needing assistance. Ive been standing there for a while waiting for someone who worked there to help me. An employee by the the name of Louanne was 2 feet away ignoring my request for help . Instead, she decided to socialize with a Caucasian customer who was just passing by still shopping. If the employee there are more worried bout socializing instead of helping , than home depot should go out of business . I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau and contacting the corporate office. Thank you

We purchased Martha Stewart cabinets last last May and there were some problems with a few of the components. The Store Manager was totally awesome. He took out a pad and listed each of our concerns as a bullet item and proceeded to resolve each one. We had hired our own installer and were missing one cabinet. He resolved that immediately by tracking it, obtaining next day shipment, and facilitating final delivery a few days later. That was item one. Renovating a kitchen is a very tense time. The remaining seven items were resolved with the same professionalism. We came in distraught and went out relieved that Home Depot had such a person on charge.

I go in for a portable air conditioner list at $241.00 online. As I look for about 15 minutes to find that they are moved to a different spot, I find the last one listed. No lines at register the AC scans for $270.00? A lady with a strong accent tells me that the price, I ask for a manager. She trys to tell me theres nothing the manager can do. I ask again and the manager comes. She looks the AC up and the Barcode online is different then the one in store. And tells me online pricing is different then in store. Online says out of stock... and thats where it ends. I ending up paying the extra $$$ for the better unit, but left unhappy again.

I purchased cabinets and granite through this store. The granite installed looks horrible. Parts of the granite are uneven. I did have builders in my home who agreed it was a horrible job. The manager of the kitchen dept of the Berlin, CT store even came to our home and agreed it was not a job done well. However, there was "nothing" Home Depot could do. I did not hire the other company Home Depot did. But the job was paid in full so no one will help. Everyone who comes to my home notices the awful job.

I asked them to rip a 2x8 in half and was told we dont do that. When I explained I spend 1500+ a week in depots all over the state as a contractor and have had many items cut they then told me the saw was down, all while I saw another employee cutting wood for someone else. I will never buy another thing from home depot again. Lowes will get my business from now on! They had the wood cut to size and waiting for me before I got there and its only 1 mile away.

Very little available help on the floors lately. Waited 15 minutes in the electrical department 4 whoever was assigned to it. Finally went to the service desk they paged both people that were supposed to be working at electrical waited another 5 minutes still no show. I finally left and went to Lowes down the street. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes with the items that I want. the Berlin store seems to be getting worse and worse.

Dear Home depot, I went to 2 Home Depots and 1 Lowes before I came to the Home Depot on the Berlin Tnpk. Kristine really knew her stuff. She explained which paint would work best on my deck and porch and was very helpful and I did not have to wait long. What a RELEIF. Great Customer Service Kristine! Sincerely, Satisfied Customer
