Abuse of consumer with hidden fees of restocking. They charge for any return, except for same day shelves items, 15-20%. There is no difference, items is bulk and for delivery, or shelve item, small as a pencil. Their policies are not advertised, they just implementing it. If you, for example, place an order on a door and cancel it few days before the due date, they will charge you no if and buts 20% restocking fees. Meanwhile, you get your invoice where all rules are printed only upon delivery. Your salesman will not volunteer the information on their abusive return policy. There no where at the store policy advised. They exercise an opportunistic policy, in light of low competition at the Long Island.

Worst company I have ever used. I called them and they told me they had my moldings in stock. Drove 45 minutes to there store to find out they where all out. A bunch of lies. Stay away if your wise.
