Staff have always been helpful & patient. They have custom cut a replacement door frame to match the deteriorating one being replaced. I have been out in the "barns" with staff, hand selecting each piece of siding. And they dont sell warped wood! Lowes & Home Depot cannot compare. As a homeowner, this is my go to place for good wood.
