Purchased flooring for 5 rooms from lumber liquidators in 2014 I Been having a problem with one floor large amounts of dings dents wood is too soft when we purchased this floor we were misinformed by your associates about this floor we were using it in a high traffic area I filed a complaint with LL and received a letter with a bunch of bull telling us to use furniture pads which we do. Also keeping our 6 lb dogs pet nails trimmed and all about high heels I realized know I should have made purchases elsewhere having spent well over 12000.00 on different floors and receiving a letter in the mail with BS In it you should be ashamed or your selves
