Worst experience of my life. Just moved to the area and I tried this store a few months ago. Had a bad experience then. So I decided to try this again. Boy I was wrong thinking this store improved. Cashiers are completely uninterested in helping you. People walking around are going places and you better not bother them. When I asked for ceiling tiles, the 2 people I asked had no idea. Finally, I just walked around until I found them. Having been a die hard HD customer, It was very very disappointing that this store has such poor customer service. Looks like Ill have to drive the extra miles and just go to the HD in Enfield, CT store.

I have a good 10 separate stories explaining why I now refuse to go back here. They are just the worst. No one in that store cares about anything. I stood in the paint department one time waiting for help with two employees about 15 feet from me chatting it up. When I finally asked where the paint person was they told me he was at lunch. I couldnt believe they didnt have a person to fill in at the paint department and ever worse the two ladies didnt even take the time to tell me that I was waiting for nothing.

I went to Home depot regarding a problem with wood chucks under my porch. I spoke to Gordon and he gave me some helpful suggestions to get rid of the critters. I purchased the Hart trap and catch the wood chuck just in time for spring. Now I can plant my flowers without dealing with the wood chucks destroying my flower bed. What an awesome customer service representative you have there. GREAT Job Gordon! A Loyal Customer!

Poor customer service. Came in to grab an area rug and nobody was there to help. Someone from a different department had to help and was complaining the whole time because it was buried under a few other rugs. Then I had to put it in the cart myself and car myself with no help! Im a female and not the strongest person in the world. The 8 by 10 rug probably weighs half my body weight. Not cool.

Peter assisted me in the Lumber Department. He was exceptionally was well and was very patient even when we made mistakes with the wood measurements. The whole visit took longer than was expected and he never complained. His customer service is very high and he set a very high standard for Home Depot. Hopefully he can get a raise from this.

Anytime I am in the Bloomfield Store, I always ask for him because he always have a solution to any issue I bring him. Come here at least once a week. Smaller home depot, but probably has anything you need, just not as much selection as the ones in Manchester and Enfield. Nice staff, but checking out can take a while
