This Home Depot in Shirley has some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. I was looking for gutter guards from my house and I asked an older woman with gray hair and glasses that worked there what the price was on this particular item . She told me she did not know and proceeded to walk away without even asking anyone else if they had any idea how much it cost. A month later I was back to get something for my kitchen and I was sharing the aisle with the same associate who literally ignored me for 10 minutes while I was trying to find what I needed. Not only did she not ask me for help but she did not even say hi to me. It looked like she was actively ignoring me . The Sad thing is shes actually getting paid to provide this awful service to people.

Most of the employees here are knowledgeable and helpful. If youre looking for paint they now have the Ralph Lauren line back. While it is a little more expensive than the Behr brand, it is by far the best paint I have ever used. I wish I knew their names but there is an older gentleman who is extremely helpful and knows his stuff and a woman that looks like a pin-up girl from the 50s that is very helpful as well.

Its Home Depot. It sucks. No one knows what theyre talking about here, for the most part. Rarely do I find an employee here with any kind of helpful advice. Just the basics in stock, everything else is "Special Order". Since they ran all the old mom & pop hardware stores out of town, theyve cornered the market and theyre your only local choice now.

Too dangerous of an area to be shopping. I have been dumb enough to try shopping here 3 times. First time, my truck was broken into during the day and within only 25 minutes. Lost approx $2200 worth of work tools. Second time, all was fine. Third time, my entire truck was stolen within 30 mins and in front of Home Depot again.

After multiple visits and just as bad a phone support session, home depot just lost our patio business. A Hampton Bays glass table-top shattered in the last windstorm and home depot cant provide replacement glass. They also cant supply the plastic ring set that goes through the glass to protect it from the umbrella. What?

Its similar to most of home depot. Every store is getting ready for the summer time but somehow I feel that this is not yet ready. Few common things I found they have limited numbers. Look for the item on website. Check for store availability.
