So, I am not a fan of big box stores, but this one takes the cake. Every time I have been here and needed something from stock that wasnt on the shelves that required a associate to grab from the break out shelves, I have been talked down to or had to wait hours for someone to get it. Do you think I havent looked on the shelves already or looked how many were in stock on my phone already? To the associates, you do not need to come over mouth-breathing and look over again at the place I just did when I already told you I looked on the lower shelves and it is not there and you have 2 in stock according to the website. Also, to you the consumer, make sure you look everything you are buying over twice before paying. This place is so disorganized and everything is out of its place. Just go and look in the nut and bolt aisle for a good example. To the managers, get your people to do their job. I shouldnt have to look for people in other departments or have to interrupt your Facebook surfing to get anything done. Sorry to be a bother, not really. Lastly, to the associates one more thing, if a guy tells you he needs something particular...1/2"-13 bolts and you say wood screws will work, you make your selves look like idiots. If another person tells you he doesnt need your help, stop following him, he probably knows more than you. Just because you work at a home improvement store, doesnt mean you know something about home improvement. Finally, to the Master Plumber who told me I should have 3/4" copper piping in my house, and I told you I only have half and then you said, "I just dont know what I looking at..." There is a reason you are working at Home Depot making minimum wage and not working as a plumber. Probably because you dont know what youre doing.

Home Depot really doesnt care about Anything. A door scheduled to be delivered and installed during the first week of September was delivered late - one week. One week later the door comes in. Home Depot then calls to notify me that the install wont be for another 3 weeks. The issues here is Home Depot agreed to make the delivery and install with in the first two weeks of September and the agreement was written into my final sale of home using an escrow hold back - which is more than double the value of the door and installation. The manager "Josh" agreed to the time lines as a result of the delay and lack of communication my family is at stake of losing out on 5 thousand dollars cause they couldnt deliver on their promise. Anytime I called to speak with the manager I was out on hold and often disconnected. "Josh" wasnt sure after speaking with him if he even said anything about the details of the delivery and instead passed the info to another Home Depot agent "Kim" who kindly reconfirmed that the delivery would take another 3 weeks - past the agreed time frame. Home Depot takes no responsibility for their actions or words. They really dont care to do anything for me and my family. I used to think Home Depot was a stand up company but now I see how dismissive and rude they can be. Overall disgusted with their approach and practices. This is the truth - good luck!

We brought a washer because my old one broke. We brought it on Wednesday and the rep in store told me that it would be deliver on Tuesday. The delivery company will call to arrange a time that is suitable to me. The buying experience was great and fast at the store. The delivery company called on Monday at 7:15pm to tell me the delivery will be between 11-3 on Tuesday. I called back to find out that the company was closed on 7pm. I called Tuesday morning at 8am. They would not change their schedule for after 3. They would reschedule me for next Tuesday. I am so disappointed. I have to go to work like everyone else. I have to take off a day to receive the washer but they didnt even give me time to call out or plan it out with my work. They just stuff me with a schedule and tell you work with it. So buyers beware, maybe pay a little higher price at other store but not calling out one whole day of work might off set that cost. Dont go to Home Depot. Coustomer services is none!

They were having cash register computer problems. Seem like they had very little time for me. I just bought the Nexgrill all stainless steel 51 inch Grill. 3 days later it goes on sale for $70 less than I paid for mine. They were so distracted by the computer problem that they had no time for their customers. They finally took my home Depot credit card and said the grill was not on there. Now Im home and I checked my credit card statement and the grill is on there. I am a quadriplegic and its very difficult to go to store. This was a total waste of my time. My back hurts so bad when I got home that I didnt move all night.

Well, I had a scheduled delivery for a washer & dryer. When the items arrived the delivery crew went to my utility room where the items are kept, then refused to deliver the items as "it was too cold". This was the first matter of contention. After the delivery company had left the failed to close the utility door. Now this morning my pipes are frozen and burst. This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered in any retail. Still waiting on a resolution to these issues. Meanwhile no appliances and damaged pipes.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable team. So helpful and friendly. Even went out of their way to call a competing hardware store to help me find the oft I needed for my plumbing emergency! Great job!! Then another time I came in and a punk kid was working that was extremely disrespectful and used profane language.

We have been doing business with this store since it opened and have always been satisfied with the products and service. Our latest purchase was 5 Aug 2013, a Lawnboy Model 10632 mower. The salesman, Adrian, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Used it today and am very happy with it.

In other words, if you stuff something in your pocket or shove a power drill down your pants when no-one is looking they might catch you and then you cant return to the store. And that would be a shame.Beware!

Two times in the past month and there standard stick us empty. 3/4" pvc fitting and they have 1 union. Just a BIG EMPTY BOX store.
