Jan 5th 2016 - Jan 5th 2016 - After I posted my review earlier to share my displeasure, the owner of the company contacted me directly and explained what happened in my case and took personal responsibility to fix the issues. He also assigned the GM of the company to take care of the issue and within a day the tech came and took care of the issue and also did some additional work for free. The tech guy that came this time was professional, courteous and did a nice job. Now, I do believe that Cyclone is really a nice company to do business with and my earlier bad experience hopefully is just a one off situation and not the true reflection of the nature of the company. Without hesitation, I will do more business with them going forward as they really exceeded my expectation by taking responsibility. I’ll gladly recommend them to others as well as I know for sure they take their customer feedback seriously and very customer focused. ------------------------------------------------------ 12/10/15 - Stay away from this company as they are very unprofessional and took more than a month to install a new semi frameless shower door and took 5 visits by their folks (4 guys and new guy each time) and still not done as per the product ordered. Workman ship and quality is terrible and price is very high. They couldnt measure and order the right size for a simple bathroom. The guys who came in is complaining about the sales man and the sales man showed the catalog but ordered different style. Not worth to deal with and will never recommend them to any one.

Highly recommended (amazing Customer Service). Cyclone was brought in to do multiple jobs while building my new house. In all times, they acted professionally and completed the work without issues. I had to recently call them due to some speaker wiring not functioning correctly - turned out to be more an user error :-) I was crunched against time and they worked with me to have someone show up the next day. The tech, as always, was friendly and professional. Without a doubt, I would do business with this company again.

I cant remember the last time I hired someone to do work on my house because usually I like to do it myself. Im happy I put my trust in Cyclone Home Systems to install my custom shower door. The salesman and installer exceeded my expectations and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend doing business with this company as they exceeded my high expectations.
