Went to have my dog groomed... woman had an attitude right of the bat. I felt uncomfortable leaving my dog to be honest but did anyway thinking I may have just misunderstood her mood ( as if the big sigh when she found out my yorkie was next to be groomed by her wasnt enough). I get home and an hr and a half later she tells me my dog is being vicious i need to come pick him up and that he was trying to attack her... ( mind you I have never had a problem with this 3.5lb dog in the say 10-12 times hes been groomed before including the time by one of her co workers who absolutely adored him.). I know hes not a fan of blow dryers but hes never been vicious towards anyone in his life. When I went to pick up my dog she did try to make things better by not charging me and offering for someone else to cut the dog tomorrow. I declined. I will never go back her because I dont feel as though this person wanted to be there and gave me attitude and if anything that is what I feel may have affected my dog. I am beyond frustrated... but I do feel like there are those in there that are kind and who actually want to be there.

New, super clean store. Great selection of treat and toy for my Lab. Friendly staff. Groomers do a good job. A bit overpriced relative to Amazon and such, but you cant beat the convenience.
