I dealt only with Chelsea and Elizabeth (so I can only speak for those two employees) at Petco and they were the best! Both were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The store was clean, the animals were very well taken care of and it was just an overall pleasant experience for me and my 6 year old. I plan on doing all my shopping for animal needs at this store from now on even though its a few miles out of the way. The customer service and experience is completely worth it!

I highly recommend Petco to animal owners in the Glastonbury area. As a very busy realtor in Glastonbury, I am usually running non-stop with little time to think about my pet supplies. Petco is a one-stop-shop for all items pet related. The staff is extremely approachable and helpful. The inventory is vast and impressive. When a new client moves into town, I always recommend Petco for their pets needs.
