Bad Neighborhood, no open signage on building so its not that easy to find from the street. Staff were friendly but not helpful. Wanted to see a kitten they had on display, after seeing her on a adoption website from the owner offering visitors to come by and interact, and was told by staff at shop we could only look through cage at her and not interact at all. Most disappointing. We went on to the CT Humane Society in the area and found a new kitten to adopt and give a good home.

Reall good customer service. If someone doesnt know an answer to something, they will take time out to ask anothet associate etc. Also, this isnt one of those stores where associates are nonchalant and unwilling. If you cant find a product on the shelf, someone will actually go and look to see if the product is elsewhere in the store. Associates are very knowledgeable about pets, and very enthusiastic. Havent had a negative experience to date. 5 stars in my book.

Appearance-wise not great, just due to being an older plaza & shelving being rearranged, but staff are helpful. Found a scratcher refill for a Bergen turbo-track (cat toy--ball in track with round scratcher in middle) for a good price. But I liked the big photos they used to have in the windows of people with pets; they took them all down & just left blank windows.

Good prices and good service. Untill I went there yesterday the new kid working did not greet me didnt offer to help me and also I had a 25 pound box of cat litter and a child with me usually they offer to help me carry it out to my car this time I was not asked and I actually needed the help very sad

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sign up for a membership card and get great discounts. A good variety of high quality foods and supplies for pets. Very generous with their rain checks too.

A solid pet supply chain. I am able to find my cat litter and food there. I do wish they carried Verus dog food but I havent found it anywhere else near Manchester so I cant really fault them.
