Very disappointed with Willow Farms. First of with the reception area where you drop your pooch of - it mostly smells like urine and burns your nose - Ive been to a few doggie day cares and never experienced anything like this before. Secondly, the staff (including owner) is incredibly rude to their customers (however, I do have to give them credit to being nice to the dogs) - though it is very unproffesional to rudely yell at your father-in-law who is deaf and have a general know-it-all-attidute towards everybody that enters their door (I grew up with dogs so - yes, I know some things here and there too, ladies). I had it happen before that charges were magically added to my bill even though I could show prove of paying all the stays and still got told I was in the wrong though, I never received a phone call or email saying I missed a payment. Last but not least Willow Farms is ridiculously overpriced - $32/night?? $25/weekends?? I will not recommend Willow Farm to anybody and will spare my dog from going there again. I ended up falling in love with the Cavendish Canine Camp: cleaner, friendlier, cheaper ($24/night & $20/weekends compared to WFs) - oh and you feel like a respected customer, too! :)

Willow Farm is wonderful - I have been using them to board my dog for over 10 years. I know they keep her safe while I am away and treat her like one of their own. She loves everyone there and greets them like family. She has special requirements and they go out of their way to make sure her needs are met. I have never had any problem with the care there. They are well worth the price to me.

This is such a wonderful place. Everyone is so knowledgeable, and most important- they are genuine Dog People! Caroline is amazing- shes a walking encyclopedia regarding dogs!!! The owner, Debbie, is incredible, too. Their food prices are fantastic- do not waste your time going to a pet store...and skip the grocery store!!! I absolutely love Willow Farm.

We trust them and have used them ever since they opened, is that 10 years now? Great people. Very knowledgeable about pet foods for best pet health. They helped us with dog training of a difficult rescue animal.

This place is a service for pets such as dog sitting. For when you work,go on vaction where you cant have your pet,ect. Also has a store to buy things for your pet.
