Monday 12 Oct 09 I bought a new power supply at Axs computers. After installing the power supply it went bad, Tuesday I went back to Axs to see what my options were. When I told the clerk that I thought the power supply was bad he threw a rant, started cussing, using the F word ECT. He finally tested the power supply and stated is WAS bad, he gave me no options on what I could do. I asked if it wasnt under warranty and he stated it was under manufactures warranty but it would cost him $8.00 to UPS it to them. There is much more that happened but I will not go into more detail. As I was leaving he said that I was like all the other SOBs and wanted get something for nothing. I walked out with the power supply and took the computer to Gee Whiz computers on 120th in Thornton, the computer WAS bad, I ended up spending $500 on a new unit. I have bought at least 4 computers from Axs and had service work done on a laptop at Axs computers. I sent an email to customer service and did not get a response. Called today and ask for customer service, the clerk I was dealing with the other day answered the phone and stated that he was customer service. He rudely said “what do you want"? Not wanting to talk to him I hung up. With this kind of treatment I will tell everyone I can, not to deal with Axs computers on N Washington.

GIRL INTERRUPTED
The person we dealt with at this store completely screwed us and took advantage of us! We took our laptop to him to get the LCD screen repaired. He quoted us a repair cost of $250-$300 and a time frame of 3-5 days. We weighed the options of simply purchasing a new computer vs. repairing ours. Based on our monetary situation and the fact that my husband is a student, we decided to have AXS go ahead with the repair. He said he needed a deposit of $150 before he would order any parts. We gave him the money and then waited to hear from him. After not hearing from him for over 2 weeks, my husband called to check the status of the repair. The computer still wasnt ready. My husband called every week for an additional month! Finally the computer was ready - and he said the cost was now $346 (on TOP of the deposit wed already given him). If wed known the repair was going to exceed the initial quote, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE OKD IT!!! He brought the additional money owed down to $275 after we became very irate with him, but thats still a total of $425 for a repair we were quoted a maximum of $300 for!!! Now we have NO COMPUTER AND NO DEPOSIT! He wont even refund our deposit in lieu of the computer!

This is the worst local PC shop around... I was talked rudely to over the phone, hung up on after calling back a second time... this is all after the owner sells me a different set-up than what i was charged for. He charges me a %15 restocking fee for his mistake... and then tries to charge me more, when all I tried to do was get the items I was charged for. When I brought the set-up back to him and showed him the invoice, the set-up he had given to me, he yelled at me and told me that I was wrong. The old fart can take the %15 restocking fee he took from me and shove it!! Never go to this PC shop, unless you are into getting ripped off. I would not recommend Axess Computers to anyone! Giving business to a place like this, is like giving heroin to a heroin addict.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - I thought I was going to lose all my photos, music and tax and financial info, but I didnt. The guys and gals at Axess saved it all. They also told me about keeping multiple copies of my data: a working copy on my computer, a backup on an external hard drive, and an offsite copy in case my house is robbed or burns down. GREAT ADVICE! They said I can get stuff offsite by either sending it to the internet, emailing it to myself or friends or relatives, or jst burning to DVD and putting in the safe or trunck of my car. WOW! If I had done any of this in the first place I wouldnt have worried so much about loosing it. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL.

I personally can only say Ive had NOTHING but great and very friendly service from here! I have no idea about the other reviews, but Ive done business here several times over the last 2 years & Ive never had a problem. Quite the contrary as Ive been treated with kindness and respect. Also, I do have a head for computers, technology etc. So Im not naive about the costs and work involved with computer repair. These guys have been great and Ill continue to utilize and patronize their establishment and services whenever necessary.

I had AXS build me a gaming computer back in 2013 and it has been a great computer with zero problems. Recently, I had upgraded my video card and needed a new power supply. I went back to AXS to buy a higher power supply, but unfortunately, it did not work right out of the box. I took it back to AXS computers and asked them to test the power supply and they had found that it was defective. They replaced the bad one at no charge. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend AXS computers.

Had a problem with a main system board I bought from this store. Returned it, owner said I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund because I paid with a check. A month later no refund, called him to find out where it was, he said he wouldnt be refunding my money because he claimed I did something to the board. Went in personally to ask for my refund which he had promised t and he basically told me to take a hike. Ill never go back there again!

this guy told me they were open til 5 and when i went down there it was 430 and the doors were closed. i called and he answered and he rudly said he didnt have time to walk to the door to open it to help me out and i explained i came from across town and he told me to bad i could come bac tomorrow. this guy is so rude and dont care about nothin but the dingle berries hangin off his A$$.

These guys still dont know what they are doing. Perhaps they should have real techs and people that actually care about people instead of their bottom line and how much money they can get out of you. Wow really guys stop being so greedy, there are less expensive alternatives, rather than the cheaper products that you guys sell. One guëy.

If you want to deal with EXTREME unprofessionalism, then call these people. I called to ask about some hard drives and could not believe the attitude from the person I was talking with. First and LAST time I will call these people. I own a service company and simply do not understand how people like this stay in business.
