They do not verify drivers or software or make sure hardware is working properly before putting computers on the shelf. The signing paper is also overly simple and does not protect your information. When I went back because of bad drivers and multiple crashes after the first 12 hours, I asked to swap out for an equal computer and he flat out refused and said Id have to come back when a different guy was there. When I left part of the keyboard was still not working, he said it was a manufacturer driver issue that wasnt something that would be updated anymore. Thats all good and fine, however this could have been less angering if they had confirmed this about the computer before selling it and sold it at a discount... This shop is purely for discount to the customer and profit for the store, not for any sort of quality. I hope they step up their customer service and information safety as well as the standards for the computers which they sell. Take a look at their Wheatridge ratings too.

I had absolutely amazing experience at this store. I sent in an request for an estimated to fix my Samsung Galaxy 7. I had my screen cracked and LED needed to be fixed. The prices are reasonable! The people there are awesome, amazing and very friendly. Especially since I needed to fix it twice. Thanks! Definitely recommend them!
