Brought a laptop in to see how badly I broke it when I dropped it. They looked at it and told me it was just the screen. They replaced the screen twice only to find out they didnt look at the whole machine and needed a new mother board, at this point making it not worth the repair. I come to pick the machine up and they try to change me labor to install the screen that doesnt work! I had an issue and brought it up to the older man behind the counter. He told me there was nothing he could do and referred me to the manager. I left the manager a voice mail and have still not heard anything back and its been at least a week now. Very poor management and very poor estimating skills. Will never be taking my business or anyone elses here ever again unfortunately.

One of my local favorites. I have been purchasing from this location for well over 15 years. I first stumbled in for a 5.1 Desktop PC surround sound system. Since then I have purchased various parts for builds and upgrades. They have even thrown me a wiring harness a time or two to help me out. The staff is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont carry it then they can usually get it for me or will point me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

We have bought 3 PCs and 2 laptops from Computer Resources over the past 20 years. We have always found their service exceptional. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. They transferred computer files from the old computers to our new ones. They know their stuff. They answered all of our questions over the phone when we needed quick service. We love their service.

completely out of touch. 5 to 6 day turn around. the guy behind the counter was rude. wanted 125 an hour for emergency service. (anything under 5 days) i dont expect it done today but FIVE DAYS!!! is really bad. silicon valley did mine that day. too bad they are gone. i will never go here again even if i have to pay more. i walked out and didnt even let them touch my computer

They usually have the computer parts I am looking for. Friendly service too. The service department takes good care of customers both at the store and with remote on site services. This is a great local source for Intel equipment an they are an authorized service and warranty outlet too.

Expensive bought some thermal paste, the paste actually made my computer run hotter than the stock paste. Buy paste online unless you really need some.
