A few days ago, just before placing an Amazon order, I called this location to ensure that they served as an Access Point for UPS and, namely Amazon. When told by the rep that indeed they did provide this service, I addressed my Amazon package in care of this store. Today, after receiving a text that the package was delivered, I went to the Office Depot to retrieve it. I was told by the clerk that the manager Curtis would have to speak to me, and she called him over a radio system, talking to him as he stood 15 feet away. While I waited for approaching five minutes, another clerk asked me if he could help me, as I started to tell him the reason I was there, the manager proceeded to lecture me, as if I was in grade school, about how they dont provide the service, only dropoff. As I preceded to tell him about the clerk on the phone telling me they did provide the service, instead of acting like a manager and politely telling me their policy, he repeated his same words over again, talking over me when Id try to interject. He told me twice they "refuse and send them back," in a very snippy tone. Since I didnt want to spend my Sunday morning checking an Office Depot manager with a GED at best, I took my packages and left. The only reason Im giving this store one star is that the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant, its just too bad they have to work for such a douche like Curtis. Needless to say Ill never enter this overpriced store again.

I have to utilize various office depots around the metropolitan area, depending on the area I am driving through at the time. The Downtown Denver customer service is awful. Twice Ive tried to send a print job to the Colfax store and although it took them 2 hours to check their email, it was going to take another 2 hours to print 100 pages. The attitude was "were busy". Ironic, considering I use the busiest office depot in Colorado (on Arapahoe Rd) and they are never too busy for more business. I actually went into the Colfax store today to talk to a manger to figure out if the problem was with a specific indidvidual or the store as a whole. There were 4 employees standing around, with me and one other customer. We were ignored. I think the problem is from the top down at that store. avoid it. The parking for office depot on Blake St, is a nightmare. Theres no streetparking or loading zone, so youll have to use the parking garage. Although they claim to validate parking, youll have hope that they have enough validations on hand. If not youll be paying $10 for parking, just to shop there. I personally dont think its worth it.

These guys are idiots...I bought a display printer today and they gave me the wrong software CD. This can be fixed by downloading a driver and connecting to your printer with a USB cord. I am very familiar with HP Printers and know you do not need a USB connection to do a wireless install, if you have the right software. So now I have to go buy a $15 USB cord to install the driver as well as ink (because they left this model with absolutely no ink). After it is all said and done, I would have been better off buying the same printer (in the box) from Walmart. They should have told me about this model needed ink cartridges and they dont have the right software CD. Never going to Office Depot again

There is poor service in Denver but this store is pretty amazing. Matt and the other employees that work there are good people who do their best to serve patrons. They dont control prices and store policy but they certainly do whatever they can to help shoppers find the best solution for their needs and they do it quickly. I own a business nearby and get a lot of supplies at that location and think the staff are wonderful. For those who do not appreciate this level of service and the nice people who work there, Denver is probably not a good place for you so leave us to own town and our culture.

Ive been a customer for the last couple of years at this location. Its never been a great experience shopping at this store. Yesterday I sent a print order for three pieces of paper to Office Depots printer. When I arrived I noticed that their print jobs were in a total disarray scattered around the store. I spoke with three different employees before one of them checked the computer. Another employee said he had seen the printed pages but no one could find them. It took about half an hour before they re-printed. So frustrating.

Every time I come into this store, I get excellent service!! The staff is always super helpful, and even if they are busy, they always make a point to tell you that they will be right with you! They always make your project look professional and will always be extra helpful if you are needing something super specific. I go to this store (over the one in my neighborhood) solely based on service!! Thank you!!

I had a very good experience at this store. I had a large format print job. The first and second runs showed some faint lines on the image. The representative called the printer manufacturer to resolve the issue and printed a third version for me. I was very appreciative of the representatives conscientiousness and persistence in producing an image of the quality that I sought. Great customer service.

I love the smaller store concept, but unfortunately theyve also significantly downsized their level of caring. Basic mounted poster board was printed on the wrong paper and not mounted at all. Staff was oblivious. They ended up reprinting it thankfully (although not quickly, it took 2 tries). Ive come in here multiple times and just purchasing something off the shelf can be challenging.

Ive been going to this location for about a year and every time Ive been amazed by the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond helping the customer (even at times where its extremely busy and they seem to be understaffed). People deserve credit where credit is due and although the store has some problems, the staff is amazing.

First they are very friendly I always have good experiences when I go there the crew is always willing to help you find something, the computer techie is always knowledgeable. He always triple checks to make sure everything is in working order before you leave the store.

I use this store all the time for copies. The service is always wonderful. My order is always ready on time, and the people are all incredibly friendly (regardless of how busy they are). So glad to have them in the neighborhood. Oh, yes - the prices are great too .

Always plan on extra time when shopping here. Theres always a wait, your print orders will not be correct and/or done when promised, and they are thinly stocked. Been this way since their old location. Currently stuck going here due to work.

I get everything I need to run my business from here. The staff is absolutely amazing and frankly I stop in just to see them half the time. If you need anything, they either have it, know it, or can show you where to get it.
