Ive owned my Biz over 20 years and in that time have had many computer experts work on my server and stations only to be very disappointed. Its a breath of fresh air to find a company that is all about taken care of their customers. They squeeze us in when we have a server down or major problem with system. They dont make excuses like "its a software problem" and not the work we did. The get on the phone with software, internet provider and who ever to get our problem fixed. This team is truly the best I’ve ever used. I know buy all my PC, laptops and CCTV from this group. I have a Dell account but prefer the hands on service they give. Ive had less than satisfactory experiences with other computer services before, but my experience at PC Answers was different - it was much better than I expected! The lady at the front desk was more than courteous and knowledgeable about my computer problems. Not only did I have a blue screen, but I had mistakenly clicked on a pop up that totally messed up my computer. I only had to leave my computer at their shop for 2 days. It was returned to me completely cleaned up and now runs as fast as it did when I first bought it. I certainly recommend this company to anyone that has any type of computer and any problem!

I asked them to replace a broken keyboard on a high-end Lenovo Laptop X-230 and they secured the new keyboard and installed it in 3 days, exactly when they said it would be ready, for exactly the low price they quoted, and it works like new. Im sold. These guys are great!
