Avoid this location at all costs!!! Precaución. Este propietario de un negocio es un fraude. This guy is a FRAUD and will take your money then refuse a refund WITHOUT PRODUCING ANY RESULTS. The guy running this business does so out of his dirty basement apartment. It is more like you are dropping your computer off at a complete strangers residence than an actual business. Even though he has a picture of a man using diagnostic tools on the hardware within the computer on his website, he has no such tools. To fix my hardware issues, he reinstalled my computer with a pirated copy of windows 7 and put some pirated system boosting software on it. When i asked to bring my computer in again to get worked on, he told me that he was stumped and wouldnt be able to fix it. Then when i asked for at least a partial refund, he told me that wasnt possible because business had been slow for him. Then he said that the computer was working fine and there were no problems. If you want to get ripped off visit this guy, otherwise, avoid him like the plague that he is.

Total purchase of 6 laptops from Victor over a 2 year period. We purchase these laptops for under privileged students in the 5 Points area of N. Denver, kids that could never afford a laptop. 2 of the laptops had issues, Victor spent an hour over the phone working through one of the issues(no charge) and we did have to bring 1 in for repair. The repair was NO CHARGE(an audio driver failed, he installed a new one). These laptops are 50% less than any other used-laptop offer in Denver, what in the world do you expect? People are ridiculous, you know you are paying half and you cry about it like you just bought a new Macbook, get what you pay for and Victor will support you the best he can, within reason.

This guy sells his garbage on Craiglist under the "Owner" category when he is obviously operating a "Business." He posts stock images, rather than actual photos of his used, tired scratch-and-dent equipment. To refer to his items "refurbished" borders on the criminal. Meanwhile, he flags other peoples items on Craigslist -- actual individuals with a single item or two -- while he serially lists the same items, in clear violation of Craiglists guidelines and rules. If you want to buy used computer odds and ends from the disreputable hack, then please feel free to stop in at 2004 North Federal Boulevard in Denver, CO 80211. Perhaps he has some pirated software to sell you too.

08/31/2012 As stated above, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! This guy is a total scammer. Ie: We brought 2 laptops to him to see about getting them fixed. After a week or so, I called him to find out that one laptop needed a power cord, and the other laptop supposedly had a fried motherboard. After hearing this, we purchased a new cord and requested the other laptop be returned to us. He told us he had to get it from his business partner, and would call once he had it back. After several days I called him again. He told me that his business partner had "parted" it out for another job. HE STOLE MY LAPTOP AND USED IT TO FIX SOMEONE ELSES!!! BE AWARE!!!! -S Hullender

Dont do business here! I brought my desktop PC to this guy because it was constantly getting the blue screen of death. He initially told me there would be no diagnostic fee. After waiting 2 weeks to get my computer back, I finally called him. He told me that he could not fix my computer and that there would be a 50 dollar fee for all the work he attempted. Rather than let this guy keep my computer, I paid the money and put in a complaint the the Better Business Bureau. Dont be the next victim of this guy, do business elsewhere!

Absolutely do not go here for anything. I bought a laptop from him and he said the battery was fine when really it could only hold a charge for 1 minute so I had to get a new one. He knew this so he purposely started it up only after plugging it in. He also had loaded multiple pornographic and weird conspiracy videos on it before selling it. This guy is messed up. If this a legitimate business he should be shut down.

Totally unprofessional. Answers phone, "Hello?" instead of like a business owner. So I have to ask, "Is this PC Doctor?" After confirmation that I have reached the intended party, I ask if he has a part I am looking for and he states, quite rudely, "Yeah this is PC Doctor, not PC Parts." And promptly hangs up. Do not give this jerk your money.
