I know a lot about computers but unfortunately I dont have a lot of spare parts laying around. These guys are honest and offer great prices and even trade parts. Ive bought everything from diagnostic services to power supplies, mouse and keyboards and even hard drive enclosures when my computers failed but the hard drives were still good. HP wanted a lot of money to fix my laptop (more than what I originally paid) so I scrapped the parts, kept what I wanted and donated the screen for an enclosure. Fair deal for me.... what would I do with a laptop screen anyway? Basically, these guys are willing to work with you and they know what they are doing. If you disagree with their services, its probably because you lack knowledge about computer repair and or viruses/malware as well as the real issue that lead you to their shop in the first place. Ive been to geek squad and their prices are outrageous as well as their corporate mindset. I can appreciate a small business and have had nothing but good experiences going here.

I purchased a laptop on 06/25/15 and was told it had a 90 day warranty. With a week I started having intermittent problems with the laptop which was draining the battery. Took it in a left the laptop with them for a couple of days. Got a call saying they were unable to duplicate the problem. OK fine I understand how intermittent problems are. You cant fix something if you cant get it to act up. When I went to pick it up they charged me $30 so the laptop could stay the night with them for them to run a couple tests. When I asked about the 90 day warranty they stated it was for hardware only and all the hardware was fine. Would of been nice to know that the warranty did not cover the software THEY installed or that if they were unable to duplicate the problem I would be charged so my laptop could have a place to stay the night. DO NOT RECOMMEND....THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!!!!

Dont go here! These people scammed me! I went in with a bad hard drive problem - they told me it wasnt my hard drive (without even checking it!) and they said all that they needed to do was wipe out my hard drive (i lost everything, pictures, music, documents) and that they would put Windows XP back on my hard drive. I got my computer back home, after paying $80 for them to fix it and that same night my computer started acting up again. When I took it back to the store, they told me that it was my hard drive after all and that I would need to pay them another $80- for them to fix it again! They should have fixed the problem the first time i paid them $80 - dont take your computers here to get fixed! And dont buy a computer from them! They just look for ways to get more money out of you!

Becids the fact I been working there now since late November of last year. Ive been going there around 2011 and they are very friendly, have a lot of knowledge which is great. And they can from time to time work with others on bartering if some one is short on funding. Really low prices on desktops and laptops (Most do not come best buy etcetera most comes from business that go out or at state actions. So they are pretty hi grade computers most of the time.)

Im sorry the previous poster had a bad experience. Sometimes that happens. However, I have taken an older laptop in there a few times and they have fixed the bugs each time and with a quick turn around. I even bought a laptop from and is still the one I use today. Yes, it will probably need some work soon but thats what you should expect from a 6 year old used machine after a few years of use and being slung around in a backpack. I thought they were great.

Helpful honest dependable for repeat customers a dream. Extremely helpful on info and upgradable options on current machines even when I tried to redirect (trick) them on a technically a downgrade device add on option they still insisteaded on a faster cheaper WiFi modem USB or card port option.....thats just honesty and customer pride to me!!

Made the mistake of purchasing a laptop and a computer that I asked if it was suitable for gaming. Laptop has stopped working, the "gaming" computer they sold me didnt have a graphics card in it. Shop here and kiss your money goodbye.
