Horrible. Went in to get a diagnostic test done to see what was wrong with my computer. I already had a general idea of what was going on but I wanted the full story story. First it was a day and then it was two days and then it was three to five. No one was straight up with me about the turn around time and I need my computer for finals. They took way to much time to tell me what I already knew and furthermore tried to force their business upon me. I called to explain my Point of view and was argued with like I was wrong for pointing out how I was misled. Never recommending never going back.
