Brought in my computer for them to fix the DVD/CD component. The part was stuck open and would not close. Told Bill I wanted it fixed so I could burn Itunes on cds for my niece. I was told I need to pay the $80.00 diagnostics fee because they would need to open the computer and they would call me if there was any more costs. I informed Bill I was not willing to pay anymore than $150 total because I could get a new computer as the costs added up. They were quick to fix the part but when I arrived they charged me $40.00 for the part-which I was okay with but the point being I was told they would call with any additional costs. Upon arriving home to use the DVD/CD component the software would not allow me to burn CDs any longer. The pop up prompt told me I needed to reinstall I-tunes which I did. When I took it in and showed Bill he stated he would look into it as that was my point to the service. Later I was contacted and told that I would need to pay $80.00 more dollars to fix the software now... I declined. I feel this is bad customer service all around. My computer was not fixed to my liking and Bill would not even discuss the issue with me. The employee George (who does the actual fixing) apologized to me and told me the situation was not his call. Dont give this owner Bill any business-he is not knowledgeable about computers,

I brought in a laptop that was not charging. Over the course of six months, they said the problem was the result of a design flaw, claimed to replace the motherboard twice for a total of $450, replaced the disc drive for $40, and charged $100 for re-setting the BIOS. As it turns out, theres a reset button for the BIOS that requires nothing more than 30 seconds and a paperclip, the disc drive never needed replacing, and the motherboard is the same motherboard that was in the laptop when I initially gave it to them. They were also condescending to my wife when she spoke with them. After the laptop repeatedly experienced the same problem, and I asked for money back - they said that it was the manufacturers fault, and they wouldnt reimburse me anything. I brought the laptop to another repair shop, and they found the real problem. 45 mins and $100 later, the laptop is fixed. In short, Computer Clinic never found the problem and pulled about $600 from me by preying on my lack of technical knowledge. Stay away from this place like the plague.

These guys are the best in my book, They took me in right away and took care of my problems asap, I can not say enough good things about this place, I was scared I had lost all my info and they were so great at calming me down. Customer Service there is great, they spent time with me and the price was right where I needed to be. I met the owner after my work was done and I see where they get their customer service skills. He was awesome as well. I love 44th ave businesses and these guys made it even more loved. Thanks to everyone at Computer Clinic for helping me yesterday. You made my monday less stressful.

Great place to take your sick computers! Have worked with Bill and his crew for several years. They have worked on both laptops and desktop computers. They have repaired crashed hard drives (they saved what was on old one), virus removal as well as keeping both our office and home computers healthy. Would not take our computers anywhere else! Great bunch of people to work with. Have checked with several other computer repair shops in the area and the Computer Clinic was either the same price or more times than not it was cheaper.

Had 2 different computers to fix. One needed keyboard repaired - spilled nail polish on it. Other computer had issues with the fan and the mouse pad wasnt working. Everything was repaired within 24 hours. BEST OF ALL - THEY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE!!. NOBODY ELSE DID. I CALLED 3 OTHERS AND NOT A ONE RETURNED MY CALL.
