PC Center has only been open for a few months, but theyre off to a great start in my book. My PC stopped working yesterday... when I tried to start it all I got was the BIOS version information and a black screen. Im not a novice with computers, but Ive never seen that symptom and had no idea what was wrong. I found PC Center on Google Maps, and theyre very close to me, so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed when I walked in and the tech opened my case and started identifying all the components in the system. They just called back and told me its a relatively simple problem... the CPU fan stopped and the system sensors wouldnt let the machine boot up. They gave me a couple of options for replacement fans at different prices and explained the benefits of the choices. Ill have my system back in a few hours. I am very impressed with the service and experience level at PC Center. Give them a try if you have a sick computer!

This is a long, long, LONG overdue review of this place. The repair crew here are very friendly and very clear about what theyre doing to do, and they care about your hardware and its software setup. Turnaround time is pretty quick, and their callback communication has been 100% every time. I have a complex audio setup on my PC; PC Center is sensitive to this and has an eye for detail and only fixes what needs to be fixed, without messing up any settings needed for the work that I do. Theyve also custom-built a few PCs for me and they know what theyre doing, and their opinions on what components should go with what are well-informed. Theres no other place Id bring my PC.

Incredibly helpful guys. Called around and no one seemed to be able to help with my very specific issue (built a new computer, manufacturer neglected to mention that the mobo BIOS needed to be updated to be compatible with my CPU, but its kind of hard to flash a mobo without a CPU). Gave the guys here a call and they instantly not only understood my issue (which the previous PC repair centers had not) but were able to help me resolve it by flashing my mobo using one of their CPUs. They even fixed some pins I had accidentally bent while putting the computer together. Cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent! I took two PCs in for help. The first was a desktop Dell that had a virus. They solved that problem and added memory which has made the machine better and faster. The second was a laptop that occasionally died at the worst times. They diagnosed a fan problem - it was no longer working - so they recommended an exterior cooling fan (25 bucks) called the "cooling master" which was much cheaper than a fan repair and since then, I have not had a problem. I appreciate their honesty and concern for my budget, plus, they are just plain good guys!

Avoid this place! They told me I need to change two different parts totaling over $400. Another place fixed (not exchanged) one part for $180 and said there is no problem with another part PC wanted to exchange completely!!! I did not need a hard drive! Your explanation is bogus. You are pushing those motherboards on all your clients for no reason (unless you are getting a cut). The motherboard is the one part that needed fixing and thats what I did.

These guys are the greatest! When my computer - used for biz - went crazy, I freaked out because it looked like a virus to me. I was referred to PC Center by another computer pro so I took my "box" in first thing in the morning. I was back up and running by 5 PM that day with a tuned up and virus-free PC. Price was very reasonable. Friendly people with whom to do business. Performed better than promised. Love it!!

They are very nice and were very informative of my desktop repair. Diagnosed my desktop with all the problems and even tested a faulty hard drive free of charge. Prices are nothing bad, nothing to complain about really since they dont hide anything from you and tell you up front what is wrong to your benefit. I do recommend this place to anyone with a computer related problem.

Despite advertising "computer repair", when I brought in my laptop that needed a new fan, I was told "we dont repair fans for laptops, its too expensive and we dont make any money off of it". Dont waste your time. They may have been good at one time, but now they pick and choose what they want to repair.

My laptop had been having issues for a while and I took it in. Compared to the price and time to repair it- it easily out done Geek Squad. The staff was more knowledgeable and upfront about what my issues could be. The whole process took about one day from when I took it in and when I got it back.

These guys are the best! Ive met the two gentlemen about 6 or 7 years ago, and they have always been straight shooters. Very reasonable on the two repairs I needed. I bought a custom built computer for less than I could get a new one with more options. Highly recommend.
