Shady front for criminals. They let a man purchase a refurbished laptop using my stolen credit cards. The shop owner said the first credit card declined and the next but he kept going and the third one went through. Im a woman, so why he let the male criminal keep trying my credit cards is beyond belief. Their closed circuit TV camera does not record so we couldnt see the thief. Avoid!

Based on one phone call. I was looking to improve the airfolw over my NB heat sink. I asked if he had suggestions of after market or DYI solutions. His response, "I dont have nothing " This does not lead me to believe he would be someone with an expertise in high end rigs.
