I did some calling around because I dropped my cell & cracked the screen pretty good. All the places I called said I would have to leave my phone overnight or for the day. I then found CPR in Westminster & called them. Amanda answered the phone & was very helpful. She said if they were not to busy they could get my phone fixed in about an hour or so. Right after work I went to CPR in Westminster & gave them my phone & I was asked to come back in about an hour. I came back to the store after about 30 minutes (because I was bored LOL) & low & behold much to my delight my phone was fixed !!!!! I hope I never crack my screen again but if I do I will go back to CPR in Westminster for sure!!

Service was timely (24hrs, since I got there near closing) and thorough. I was able to communicate via email (which was convenient for me) so that I could have the work done that I wanted, when new items to address presented themselves during repair. Technician seemed entirely competent from my limited interaction. Was a little expensive, but other than that, no complaints. (~$100 to replace charging/USB port, replace audio jack, clean contacts (my gyroscope was acting up), and evaluate the health of the batter (I didnt opt to buy new battery from here, though). Thank you, CPR.

Friendly and fast. Disclosed that they had a problem with my repair (new screen on Nexus 5) due to their mistake, which they fixed. Six month warranty. Price is high but so is do-it-yourself. Update: the replaced screen had some digitizer problems, they hooked me up. Update: have used them several more times for screen, battery, and one dead motherboard. Always friendly, prompt and good at finding matierials for good but old phone (e.g., Nexus 5). I remain a satisfied customer.

Absolutely love the customer service! First day coming back from a wedding and honeymoon I went to see them. They treated me right they treated me quick with in no time my phone was back in my pocket and in full use. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly highly highly recommend if you have any cell phone troubles need any professional help. In My opinion its much cheaper than buying a new phone!!

Ive been to several repair shops all over town and this is by very far the best place Ive ever came across. They had the screen is needed in Stock and they told me it would take 3-4hrs to complete and they called me back in one hour to come pick up my phone!!! Very affordable and a very knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend this shop! I never leave reviews but this place blew me away.

Took my daughters phone in for a cracked screen, repair was good, but they forgot to replace the ear piece mesh. Fixed it, but left a few minor scratches on the new screen. They replaced the whole screen kit, no questions asked. Would have liked it if it was done right the first time, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Definitely recommend them!

Great customer service. Had the phone screen in stock. The price was on the high side though and it took longer to have my screen replace here than any other place I went to (most places said 1 hour, CPR took 2-3 hours) So hopefully this means they did a good job with the repair. Very friendly though, and gave a 1 year warranty on the screen which was nice.

Called about getting the back of an S7 edge fixed. They were friendly over the phone and also gave a quote and a time frame. Price to have it fixed was less than half of an insurance claim. I was told my device would be ready at 1:30 and they called at 1:20 ready to go. The phone looks brand new and I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work.

This place is amazing! They are 100 percent honest. They repair your stuff if it needs it. But will not charge you if it doesnt need repair. I thought my speaker was broken but it was just dirty inside. They cleaned my phone and didnt charge me a penny. I will recommend this place to everyone I know in need of repair. You will not leave disappointed

I broke my ear bud piece in the port of my phone. Verizon couldnt do anything about it without charging me an arm and a leg. My Verizon tech suggested I give this place a try.I was in and out in five minutes and the fee was peanuts! The woman at the counter was very friendly. I will definitely go back if I have any electronic needs!!

I had absolutely amazing experience at this store. I sent in an request for an estimated to fix my Samsung Galaxy 7. I had my screen cracked and LED needed to be fixed. The prices are reasonable! The people there are awesome, amazing and very friendly. Especially since I needed to fix it twice. Thanks! Definitely recommend them!

I Came in with a cracked IPhone 6, was expecting high prices. I was wrong. Really competitive prices with the best customer service that I have ever had! Replacing the screen took less than an hour. I will definitely be returning to this location again! If you have a cracked phone, I highly reccomend for you to come here!

I was coincidentally passing by when the tip of my earbuds plug cracked into the earbud jack. I asked them how much theyd charge to get it out, and they said it should be nothing. 2 minutes later it was out, no charge! I was happy because I was out on foot and my phone kept freaking out. Very helpful!

They ripped me off by a lot just to fix my screen. Then 5 months later the phone stopped working completely because the screen cracked again. It isnt worth going there if you have a cracked screen.
