Microsoft online had a special and said that the first 20 people could get the Sol Republic Tracks HD headphones with the V10 drivers for $39.99. When I arrived they tried selling me the Tracks headphones with the V8 drivers for $69.99. I asked for the V10 headphones. The clerk I talked to said that they did not have the V10s. The manager of the store (not known to me at the time) told the clerk that the special was for the V8 headphones, and that they were selling them that day. I had the clerk and the manager look at the website and they verified what I was saying was true. Both of them told me they had none in stock. On the Microsoft website they stated at least 200 per store. So I asked for the manager, who then identified himself (Adam is his name). I told him that I drove across town (18.8 miles) in traffic and I wanted this. Since it was their mistake on the website I wanted him to honor the price and to have them ship one to me. He told me as a company, Microsoft does not have an SKU for the product I wanted, and he told me to call customer service and talk to purchasing or sales. I asked him to assist me with the call since it was their error, and he told me that he would not because "He had a store to run". I told him that "it was good to know that", hence here is my review. He did however call his superiors and make sure that the information was changed on the website, and proceeded to tell me this 20 minutes into the call to customer service. I wanted to get these headphones for the advertised price and I thought that I would be able to. It turns out I was the first in line to buy the V10s and not only did he refuse to assist me, he mocked me in the process. It also turns out that Microsoft did have a sku for these headphones. I eventually got the headphones after talking to Microsoft for 40 minutes, however at $30 more. Adam seemed like he was more interested in making sure that the company fixed their issue than honoring the advertised price. It also seemed like he wanted to get back to playing on the console than helping customers. I will never go to this store again, and I question any Microsoft product. It seems that there are a lot of options available in the market, and I may not need them any more. I do hope that someone looks at this either to avoid the store, or avoid Microsoft in general.

Alex and Ryan are incredibly helpful and patient. I am so lucky they were there to help me after I ruined my surface book by spilling my water bottle on it. I had accidental damage insurance so they were able to exchange my damaged computer for a brand new one right then and there, no questions asked. They even spent HOURS helping me transfer all my files over and getting my backups and onedrive files sorted out. The whole time THEY were apologizing for it taking so long and it was in NO way their fault. While we were waiting, they took the time to tell me about features on my laptop I didnt even know about (and Ive had it for a year and a half). They also told me I could come back anytime for Microsoft support and/or classes with them. Alex and Ryan were clearly experts on everything computers and in a helpful, non-condescending way. I highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues and questions. I know if I have any computer problems in the future, Im in good hands with them!

If you are a non tech person and need help in purchasing a small desktop computer - dont go here. I called looking for information and anything I might consider or was looking for -not in stock. No desktops in stock. And they have NO IDEA when some might be in. "They never know" what is coming in" And they do not order for you. You need to order ONLINE ! No help for those that might want to purchase in the next few days. All the laptops you want. In addition, I guess I am the only one in the world, but wanted a technician to set it up for me. Forget that! They do not have technicians to do that. Sooooooooooo if you want a computer, per the store, order it on line - then figure out how to get it installed. Apparently, customer service is not a high priority.

After checking availability and price over the phone, I drove an hour and a half to pick a computer that they had in stock. When I arrived, the manager wouldnt honor the promotion that I had checked on over the phone. Also, the computer in the store was marked almost $500 over Microsofts advertised price, and was only lowered when I asked about it. I ended up ordering online to get Microsofts promotion, and they shipped it 2 day for free since they didnt understand why this store wouldnt honor a promotion that Microsoft pays for itself. I wont use or recommend this store again.

The customer service and support at this location has exceeded, and continues to exceed, my expectations. I have had general consumer and small business dealings with them over the past year and have never walked away feeling like they didnt go out of their way to make sure Im completely happy. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond whenever they can. Honestly, and I never thought that Id have this opinion, but I much prefer my interactions with the staff at the Cherry Creek Microsoft Store to even Apple. So it goes; recognition when its due.

Well, I was surprised that this "store" is just a Kiosk in the middle of the walkway of the mall. Looks like a small bar where one would walk up and instead of getting a drink, one would play with a Surface tablet. Only thing that stood out as weird was that their whole show seems to be only about the Surface. The guys said they have other stuff, but none of it is on display. It also really has a "store" feel to it. Not very technical when it comes to some questions asked... so that was a little disappointing.

My Surface pro 4 had some screen issues. Took it to this location and within 20 min I had a new surface pro 4 (covered by warranty). Melissa was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. This was a great experience with Microsoft.

Of corse the prices are way too much for a gamer on a budget, but the games are excellent quality and the systems and computers they have are amazing. Not a fan of windows 8 tho.
