I bought a 2006 prius from them back in may. The car seemed to be fine and in great shape. I ended up taking a week vacation the week after I bought car and it sat in a parking spot for 1 week, when I came back the check engine light, and large caution symbol came on. I took car to dealer and they said that since it was a specialty hybrid to take it to toyota dealership.... spent $300 on a car that had no 21 point inspection, no background, nobody at the dealer even knew about hybrids...SCAM! I asked the owner if the car had a maintenance record and he assured me that it had been serviced regularly. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience! Was looking for a very specific car and saw craigslist ad that this dealership had one. They had no problems letting me take the car to get a certified inspection; the price they had listed on the craigslist ad was actually reasonable – as opposed to the previous cars I had looked at, where dealership prices were 1500 to 2000 over bluebook value. And they didnt mind handling a bit on the already reasonable price. Every aspect of this buy was a pleasant experience. Thank you Jennifer and Radik!!

Theyre horrible, they take advantage of you and lie to get more money out of you (which they did to me), they charge for city sales tax that you arent suppose to pay if you live out of that county they still charge you and they wont give you your money back regardless if theyre wrong. They wont help you. Dont waste your time here its a complete headache and they have you running around like a headless chicken. Report them through Department of revenue. Half of the stuff they do to do the consumer is wrong

These people have the worst customer service ever ... Thy will sell you a car that they tell you that fixed up with no problems... Then less than a week later something will go wrong and they will offer you no help with it .. Horrible scam Artist ... Avoid this place unless you are very desperate for a car.. Make sure to keep extra cash for when something goes wrong, you will be mentally and financially prepared for it . ... Horrible humans work here

Waoh!!. Best service ever. Most corteous staff. I was accomodated to the fullest. Let me tell you, if you are on a budget and looking for the fairest deals, check them out. They absolutely will work with you. Check out their pricing on car guru and they have the best deals compared to the others. I just purchased a very clean 2004 lincoln LS. I can testify. Bought from here 3 years, the car was leaking power steering, called the dealer they said bring it down paid $200 for a "suppose" repair that was a lie, still leaking so I hurried up to pay it off, all other repairs I did myself instead, I was sold a piece of crap car that was completely crashed from the front and badly put together. Avoid this place it will give you a headache!
