Extremely disappointed with a dishonest dealership. On Wednesday 7/26/17 I had talked to two different salesmen about a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 that they had listed for sale for $26,999. The Carfax for this vehicle was clean and both salesmen told me that there was no issues with bodywork/paint or rust on the truck. I asked both of the salesman of this directly because I live 8 1/2 hours from Denver and wanted to be sure that the truck was in good shape before making the long drive to purchase. Nestor The second sales person that I spoke with took several pictures and showed a dent on the cab which was very helpful. Thursday Nestor told me that there were several interested parties so the only way I could hold the vehicle was for $1000 deposit which we did as he assured me the truck was in good shape other than a small dent on the cab. We then drove up Friday 8 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival Nestor met us and was very polite. We then took the truck for a test drive during which I noticed the bedside did not look right in the mirror so when we got back to the dealership I inspected the bedside further. I found that the bedside had been heavily damaged and had a poor repair attempt. Nestor then went and got a sales manager Mike which came out and asked me what the problem was so I explain the situation. Mike told me that the repair had been done at Ed Bozarth and that it was minor. It was not done correctly as the top of the bed rail was still dented in covered by a plastic bed rail cap had a Bondo line of 1/4" at the edge of Rhino lining. The bondo still had sanding scratches in it and only painted the area of the Bondo and not the entire bedside. The fact that it was not fixed correctly and also was not disclosed by Ed Bozarth the dealership who performed the work is more than extremely frustrating. This shows a lack of honesty and integrity. Mike the sales manager told me the best thing they could do is take $500 off of the price. I found this on acceptable as the truck was already listed at high Market value. My wife and I found Mike to be rude and unprofessional as a manager. Also talked with Dave another sales manager which also tried to state that the issue was fixed correctly and the most they could take off the vehicle purchase price was $1000. Fixing this issue correctly and replacing the bedside would be $3000 if not more. With the dealership unwilling to move further on on price to make the correct repairs and also not disclosing the damages we did not purchase and drove 8.5 hours home. I would recommend if you are purchasing a preowned vehicle that you take your business elsewhere. Sincerely, Andrew Benton

Dont believe everything you read. More people share the rare misunderstanding than those who have been treated well. Im here to clear that up because I believe in encouraging people and businesses, not tearing them down because theyre human and cant make everyone happy 100% of the time. Ive dealt with Bozarth for purchase and maintenance of all my vehicles since moving here in 2003. They are always courteous, helpful. and honest. Ive heard horror stories from neighbors about taking their cars to other repair shops and waiting for days without hearing whats going on with their car. One neighbor said she was charged $200 for a pair of windshield wipers at a local repair shop who told her they were a special type made only for her car. That will never happen at Bozarth. Youll know exactly when your car will be ready and in many cases can wait. Youll be charged a competitive rate and they meet or beat competitors prices. Theyll also shuttle you wherever you need to go while repair is being done and pick you up when youre ready. If your car has to be kept overnight, theyll make sure you have transportation whether by shuttle or rental car. For everyones edification, all dealerships and repair shops sometimes must take longer to prepare or repair your vehicle than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Parts have to be ordered, and sometimes more work needs to be done than originally planned for. Keep in mind, its in your best interest. Try to give any business the benefit of the doubt and if an employee has a bad day and treats you unkindly, remember we all have those kind of days we regret. One employee doesnt make or break a company. A bit of understanding and kindness from customers can go a long way to creating great, mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses. To any who have had less than stellar experiences at Ed Bozarth #1 in Park Meadows, please dont let that color your view of the whole dealership. How many times have you had a disrespectful encounter with a grocery store employee or other business? We dont stop shopping at King Soopers or wherever you shop because one person is an idiot. Ask to speak to Kent Bozarth if theres a problem that doesnt get resolved by the employee who assisted you. I guarantee, he will take care of you.

My wife went to Ed Bozarth to test drive a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. She was greeted by a Ms. Betsy Reitz and my wife told her what she was looking for. Ms. Reitz immediately pulled a car from inventory and showed her all of everything that this car had to offer. My wife came home and told me about her experience at Ed Bozarth, and how nice and knowledgeable Betsy was and no pressure to purchase as the other dealerships that she had visited. We set up an appointment to meet with Betsy and we had printouts of everything that we were looking for, not only in the Impala, but the 2014 Chevy Silverado. Betsy checked our sheets and found out that the car she had sat in had 99% of what we wanted. We test drove the car and were immediately impressed with the quality and workmanship this vehicle had to offer. We told her we were sold and she wrote everything up and had them make the offer on the trade-in. We bought the car. I have to say that Betsys professionalism was outstanding but she also threw in the personal touch and at no time was there any pressure. Once the paperwork was completed on the car, she went to work on looking for the truck. A Mr. Brian Ortiz stepped in and was able to locate a truck with what we were looking for but not on their lot. He made his arrangements to get this truck for us and it would be ready to pick up the next day. While we worked with Mr. Jessie Wright (no relation), who again was extremely professional as were the others, Betsy stuck her head into the office and said that Brian had asked her to go get the truck. This is service with a smile to make their customers happy. We drove home in our new car that night. I couldnt wipe the smile off my wifes face. I picked up the new truck the next day, and Ms. Rietz explained everything in great detail to me and I was completely impressed with her knowledge. This was absolutely the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. No pressure, no fuss, no muss. This was truly a great experience. We still have smiles on our faces. Many thanks to Betsy Reitz, Brian Ortiz and Jessie Wright, you were great!
