I recently decided to replace my 2000 Lumina because its now over 204K miles. I remembered that my high school classmate, Colleen Tinker, worked for Automotive Search and I tasked her with finding a new(er) vehicle for me since I could not trust that my old car would get me through this winter. I really had no time to do the legwork of finding a new car. I gave very few parameters to Colleen yet she found a great car for me. My requirements were simple: either AWD, FWD, or 4WD, nothing "compact", and reasonable mileage. I wasnt in a hurry but just wanted to find the right car for me. I thought it might take a few weeks. Colleen took the ball, ran with it and found a 2008 Ford Taurus Ltd that had only had one previous owner within just a few days. The mileage is low, its spacious, it fits the requirements having AWD, and its in excellent condition. Both Automotive Searchs mechanics and my own looked over the vehicle. Automotive Searchs employees even took the car to my mechanic to have it checked over. I didnt have to lift a finger. Anything that needed looking at was thoroughly seen to and anything that needed repair or replacement was promptly taken care of. . The time it took to finalize and sign paperwork seemed like only 5-10 minutes (its always longer than that, of course) because Colleen and the Automotive Search team made it absolutely painless. There was zero stress, zero apprehension in completing the transaction and Colleen is a wonderful person to work with. More than 30 years of history melted away and we were high school chums again. I will definitely work with Colleen again in the future. If you are needing a vehicle, want top drawer service, and want to work with people who can find the right car at the right price, and will bend over backwards to give you exactly what you need (and deserve!), this dealership is definitely the place to go. We desperately needed a car and dreaded the thought of shopping for a used car until we met Colleen with Automotive Search. Do yourself a favor and call Colleen. We will never shop anywhere else. We had narrowed down our search to a used Toyota Highlander or a Honda Pilot. We got a beautiful 2005 Toyota Highlander that looks and runs like its brand new. We were pre-approved online with a painless and quick application, they handled everything and shopped around for the best loan to get us a great interest rate. The day we drove from Greeley to test drive the Highlander, we left with it. The test drive was the longest part of the process! We were in and out within an hour and a half and that included the 30 min test drive! No haggling, no waiting around, no games. My husband is the kind of guy who will never go to a dealership when they are open because he hates the salespeople. Now hes telling everyone about Automotive Search! Well worth the drive from Greeley and the Friday afternoon traffic we had to endure. About a week after we had the car I got stuck in the parking lot of Target because I couldnt figure out how to unlock the steering wheel. After looking through the manual, I called Colleen and she was quick to return my call and make sure everything was okay. We figured it all out, it was no fault of the car, just user error. For her to care about me and the car, even after the sale, means a great deal. I would highly recommend Colleen and Automotive Search.

There is no way I can describe the wonderful experience I had with Phil Fornaro from Auto Search, with deserving praise, in just 25 words ! I gave Phil all "fives" (top rating)in the rate-your-dealer section, very truthfully, all the time wondering why I couldnt give him tens. From my initial call, to driving away with the car of my dreams at a great price, Phil helped me from making a huge mistake on a private purchase (when I seeked his advice), and then found me the perfect car, and gave me a great price. There was not one moment of pressure, hard sales of any kind, or deceiving practices that have become synonymous with the car sales industry over the last century, ...in fact those kinds of hassles were unmistakenly and clearly missing immediately dealing with Phil at Auto seach ! This dealership has class !! ...and found me exactly what I was looking for, ...not what they needed to sell. I will never hesitate to send even my parents and kids to have Phil help them with their car needs, knowing with full confidence that he would treat them as his own family. And as for me, although Phil fixed me up with a car I cant even imagine letting go of, if I ever do indeed decide to go looking for any vehicle again in the future, the very first move will be a call to Phil Fornaro !

Wow, what a phenomenal experience I had working with Automotive Search and especially Colleen Tinker. I wanted a brand new 2014 Honda CRV, and Colleen was able to find me not only exactly what I wanted including all the options, but the price she was able to get for me blew all the Honda dealerships I talked with out of the water, including the ones with "no haggle" pricing. Initially, I wasnt even sure what kind of vehicle I wanted, but Colleen went out of her way to get me pricing and options, and she was patient and friendly. Once I finally decided that I wanted the CRV, she very quickly found me exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. She took care of all the details including helping me get a better rate on a loan than even Hondas best option, and Automotive Search offered me more for my trade than the dealership did. Applying for financing was super easy, taking just a few minutes on the Automotive Search website. Colleen delivered my vehicle to me with all options installed, brought along all the paperwork, and it was a breeze. No high pressure sales or problems. What a difference from going through a dealer!! We will never buy from a regular dealership again. Contacting Automotive Search was the best decision ever. Its definitely where well go for our next vehicle.

I exchanged emails with Kreig for about a week, and told him about my positive experiences with Auto brokers. My experience has been very positive due to the significant difference in transparency ( and not paying for fluff). I purchased specific vehicles for under what large dealerships charge due to lower overhead and them not trying to mark up extras to rip me off. Krieg asked that I send him the type of vehicle in after and he would send me a price range. After I sent it he asked that i look up the Nada clean retail price(what was the point of asking me to send details? Does Nada price their cars). However thats the price I would see at Audi of Denver, not to mention Audi of Denver has much bigger selection of vehicles. I mentioned this and asked where the value is and His answer back was to go with the auto broker I used in the past since they produced great results. So if youve had a good experience with someone else take Kriegs advice and buy from them instead of this place. Thanks for the advice Krieg. If you want a vehicle for clean retail price, go to the large dealerships that have better selection. They have a fraction of the overhead and expect to pay the same price. Ill pass and so should you.
