My car buying experience with Rocky Mountain has literally been hell. I dealt with Joe (who was and is a great person) and Leon (whom Im still waiting on a phone call back from.) First, I purchased a 2003 Mercedes CLK55 AMG from them. The next day, tons of issues popped up to the point where they let me return the car and pick something else out. I ultimately ended up with a 2003 Mercedes S500. During the test drive, the brake pad light came on saying that it needed new pads. They replaced those the day of purchasing the car. There was also an issue with the visor that they are supposed to replace. Keep in mind that I bought this car in August. I still dont have my visor. The next morning I had a flat tire so I aired it up and took it to Discount tire where they showed me the wheel was bent. I called Joe and he said hed call me back with a person to fix it. He never did. So I found someone else to fix it and paid for it out of my own pocket $100. This last November, the car needed an alignment so I took it to MB. That cost me $299, but they were not able to get it perfect because the lower control arm bushing is pretty much out. I called Leon about the issue and he refused to help me out. They also diagnosed why I cannot give the car full acceleration without it dying. Turns out, it needs an accelerator pedal - $599. Leon was supposed to call me back - havent heard from him. No surprise there. Bottom line - if youre going to buy a car from them, have it checked out by a reputable mechanic as they do not. They buy the cars at auction and sell them the next day without having a mechanic check it out whatsoever. I will NEVER buy another car from them and would highly recommend that you dont either. The morale in the office is getting poorer by the day. Service is GREAT on the first day you buy the car, but dont expect them to provide this same service anytime after the purchase.

I called Rocky Mountain Eurosport and spoke to Ed Rivas about a very clean looking Mercedes. After telling me about the car he said he would send it to a mechanic shop to find out what was wrong with the air-conditioner and call me back the next day. He called me back the next day saying the air-conditioner problem has been fixed. I then asked him some additional questions and he said we would speak again the next morning. He did everything he said he would and I was convinced the car was worth going to see. I bought a plane ticket and flew to Denver where and picked me up from the airport ON HIS DAY OFF and took me to the dealership to see the car. The car was all that he said it was and I told him I wanted the car before the test drive ended. Ed also coordinated with a couple of technicians for me to restore the wheels and prepare some minor leather wear to make the car look even better as there is a gift to my wife. Ed went above and beyond to make my car buying experience terrific! When I am in the market for a car in the future I hope Rocky Mountain Eurosport and Ed Rivas have the car I am looking for.

As a fellow car salesman, I can say with 100% certainty RME is top grade in all regards. They do not play games, from the moment you call in - you are treated with respect and not pushed through the process. I worked with Leon today, and was very impressed at the ease of the transaction, and the comfort of the purchase. Buying a car that is 10 years old or more can be a very nervewracking experience, you never truly know what you are in for - but Leon was very amiable and willing to do whatever it took to secure my comfort with the transaction. I also had conversation with the owner as he brought in a brand new Lamborghini Lp580 huracan; He treated me with the utmost respect and we had great talks about our passion for various German and Italian cars. Their mechanic was also top class, not only taking his time to answer any questions I had about their vehicle - but also helped solve a riddle with a previous vehicle I had purchased from a different dealership. I -will- be coming here for a 911 gt2 upgrade eventually, and will recommend it to my family/friends with total confidence!

I believe you can trust Rocky Mountain Eurosport to be honest and treat you right. I can (and will) definitely recommend them. They have a nice selection of higher-end vehicles. After scheduling an appointment to check out the car, Leon greeted my family and I and confirmed my initial impression: they really are an excellent independent car dealership. Their office is filled with letters from buyers who have had great experiences. Leon suggested a long road test route (20+ minutes) that was good for a complete evaluation of the car (highway, city, etc). We were able to road test alone, which not every dealer will allow. We negotiated a fair price on the vehicle, including an alignment that we were able to have our own shop perform. We had the car checked out at the Mercedes dealership and the technician said it was the nicest example of our particular model/year he had seen in a long time. The whole process was straightforward, fair, prompt, and comfortable. There was never any trace of high pressure sales whatsoever.

I purchased my first car--a 2008 Audi RS 4 cabriolet from Leon. My experience was the antithesis of the stereotypical auto dealer experience: Comfort. Respect. Trust. Part of the family. On a Sunday, within 10 minutes after I sent an email inquiry, I received a call from Leon asking if he could answer questions about the car. He did not attempt to apply any pressure on me to visit the showroom. The following week, I first entered the showroom at 4 PM. Leon, Ed and Nick made me feel welcome. Upon announcing I wanted to test-drive the RS 4, Leon handed me the keys and only asked that I return it to the showroom before 6 PM. During the next visit, each different car I drove over the next 5 days, I experienced the same hospitality and comfort. I felt like I have known Leon and his team for years, transacting many cars, versus my first one. I am definitely a lifetime Rocky Mountain Eurosport client! Sincerely, Nathan Omansky

I finally got around to writing this review, and these guys (Leon, Ed and Nick were the ones I personally dealt with) were absolutely amazing. This has been the best car buying experience for me recently. I bought a 2013 Audi S4 with manual transmission from them, which was kind of a rare car to find in the US. They also gave me great value for my trade-in vehicle. We had already fixed on the prices before I went to the dealership to save both our times, and there was absolutely no problems making the deal come through. The Audi was in the exact same condition as was described, and the paperwork was efficiently managed. Ed and Leon were both patient enough to answer my endless questions as well. Nick was super knowledgeable and explained all the features of my vehicle during the test drive. Overall, a great experience, and I would certainly recommend Rocky Mountain Eurosport to anyone in the future. Thanks, guys! :-)
