I whent to this autozone yesterday. The guy that helped me was not very helpful and he is a manager witch is very disappointing. I told him I needed spark plugs,air filter,oil filter and a valve cover gasket. He just gave me the part # so I could get the oil filter and the air filter its ok I can get my own parts but I never had to do this at any other autozone. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one there and there was other employees just walking around acting like they were doing something. When I paid for everything the guy that helped me put everything on the bag so I whent home looked at my recipt and at my parts I realized I got charged for 2 extra spark plugs and the part number from the recipt didnt match the part number on the valve Comer gasket. I whent back got a refund on the 2 spark plugs.They took a while to get the right gasket the manager that took care of me this time said it got misplaced. I finally left disappointed again yes again because this is not the first time I have gotten the wrong parts from this autozone. They have really bad customer service I do not recommend this autozone to anyone unless you are planning on getting your own parts,and you dont mind waiting on someone to help you.

These guys set the standard for bad customer service. Only had one guy in front of me being helped and was taking forever for him to finish. Everyone else was just lollygagging about in the back. Tried to walk up to another table with someone and figured I would be nice and wait for acknowledgement. He would just keep looking at the computer and shout things to another employee. Wouldn’t look up at me or say anything, was like I was invisible. At that point I am the only one trying to buy something in this stupid store. I turn around and see someone who finally asks if I need help. I can’t imagine what this place looks like busy. Would highly recommend going to one of the other auto stores in Brighton.

This store is the worst, employees are rude, stinky, slow, and dumb. They seem to always give me there wrong part, I get all the way home (20mins east) and match up to the car and its WRONG. Therell be 2 customers in there and I will have to wait 15 mins before someone can help me. I refuse to go there anymore, Ill drive an extra 8 miles to Thornton. My last straw was a battery for my car they screwed up, how do you screw up a battery? post were on the wrong sides and they wanted an extra $30 for the one on the correct sides. They kept my core and didnt refund me for it.

Horrible experience if your not even going to bother in doing your job why work there. Went in today and were looking for help but nobody helped then when we finally found what we were looking for we went to pay still with some questions we wanted to ask, we were wating 15 min for someone to ring us up but they were too busy on their cellphones to be bothered, when we were finally rang up by someone else he was mad and I had to ask for my receipt didnt even want to bother doing that. Horrible experience never returning there again.

I grabbed a set of brake light bulbs and waited in line for ten minutes. The clerk asked me how many were left on the rack after he rang them up. I told him that was the last set. He then told me that they were on hold for a customer. So either this locations employees are too lazy to pull a hold item off of the shelf, or their company policy is for the customer to wait in line to bring it to them. Horrible service either way.

Nice, clean, organized, and very helpful staff. Great part warranties and customer service. 5/28/17 update: Reuben was really helpful to me and great at customer service! I hadnt noticed that I hadnt been credited for a core charge on a purchase. Reuben got my attention before I got in my car to make sure I got the credit for it. Highly recommend this store.

Ive never had employees mock my choice of perches until I visited this store. (Way to pushy about buying the product "Seafoam") At one point the employee said if the product I was buying Gum out "Ruined my car" dont come complaining to him... Why would they be selling fuel additives that would "Ruin your car"???

District manager is a @!#!!! Store employees try, but when they get a good set of employees, we find out the district manager moves the good team players to other stores .. commercial accounts is ON POINT! A++ wish the entire staff was on top of their knowledge and so eager to help the average customer.

Sorry place. Orders wrong part. Tells you the truck will be in at one time. And your part is on the other truck another 3 hours before it arrives. You say one year vehicle(1980 for example) and they order parts for a different year(1986 for example). Never seen a place this sorry!!!

Ive been in here before and was treated well. I went in today for a battery replacement and was not helped at all. The guy that helped me acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job. There are probably a dozen auto places in brighton, and I will go anywhere else from now on.
