If I could rate this store as a negative it would be -10. This is only one of many times I have had someone tell me they had a part when in fact they didnt when I made the trip. In this case I called from Bennet Colorado and described in detail to the " associate" the diesel fuel bowl heater I needed as well as offered the Ford part number and even described how it would read in THEIR SYSTEM. This is not the first one I have purchased so I know exactly how to look it up in the autozone filing system. She said she has one in stock and I confirmed " you mean you have one IN THAT STORE? She said yes. I make the drive in from Bennet and wait 15 minutes in line. It took 5 minutes 45 sec to just check out a guy buying a battery. I just wanted to buy my part and be on my way. I ended up talking to the gal that I spoke with over the phone and she walks me over to a parts stand out on the floor and hands me a radiator hose heater and says here ya go. I explained we discussed over the phone a FUEL BOWL HEATER and with a dumb look on her face said oh, lets go look. She got into her system and quickly declared Ford doesnt make anything like that. What ?... I explained I bought one at Autozone three years ago. I made her scroll through the choices until we got to " fuel bowl heater" and pointed out...right there, thats the part. She told me it was a special order part which is total BS. These idiots wouldnt know a lug nut from a lug wrench unless their computer told them the difference and then only if it was stuffed straight up their As...!. I am done with A..-zone forever. Its NAPA or nothing. I spend a LOT of money every year my vehicles, at least 10 cases of oil and misc parts to support 1 race car, 3 street cars, 2 RVs, my tow vehicle and trailer. They wont help you after dark (even if its winter time and it gets dark at 5)! I had my car jumped and drove there to buy a battery and get it installed and they told me they wouldnt help me. I asked if they have a sleeping bag for me since after talking to them, my car wouldnt start again (as I knew it wouldnt with a temporary jump). Turned out it was a huge risk to go there! The other location at Chambers and Iliff helped me right away!

I brought in a dead Duralast battery in Saturday night to the AutoZone on Mississippi. It was only purchased 4 months ago and was still under warranty. The employee claimed it was fine, refused to charge it, replace it or give me a refund and sent me on my way. Next day, I took the same battery to another AutoZone location and they confirmed it was truly dead and gave me a replacement.

I go there because I know they will help me. I am a woman and dont know much about the truck, I can go to auto zone and get the information I need and most times they will offer to help me install it. They dont act like youre causing them a problem by helping you out. I will gladly wait in line for service like this any time. They also help out guys some times they need help also.

Asked for a battery to be pulled, tested and charged. Where I finally got there, he pulled, didnt charge or test. The battery was at 65% and I had to take it because I had to go to work. 1 day later, broke down again. Went to OReillys had it charged and tested. Bad Cell! Will never buy another battery from yall again. Still wondering whats management Going to do about it.

Customer service sucks. Im waiting in line to pickup a part, and the yahoo at the counter starts helping some guy who just walked through the door (I watched the guy pull in and get out of his car- its not like he was already here). Well, theres 200 dollars that autozone isnt going to get from me.

A go to place for all things automotive and also a great place for a service technician like myself to find one of a kind solutions that blend into the automotive/mechanical side of things. When a home improvement store is too far away, its a good bet to find what you need at autozone.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! They are RUDE! Not helpful, then they put you on hold and leave you there. I was ready to spend some good money there,and they will not get a DIME FROM ME! Went to Checkers.

The staff was helpful and read the code for my check engine light no problem. Came back a few days later to recycle a battery and there was quite a line. Its probably exactly what youre expecting.

It is okay. Just make sure you know the year, make, and model of your car or you may get the wrong part. Some of the employees are knowledgeable, but not all.
