This AutoZone is so unprofessional it is sickening. The manager there is not knowledgeable of the product and I dont even know how he is a manager. When I went in there he was more interested then flirting and hitting on a girl, not sure if she worked there or was a customer. Still, highly unprofessional. I had a complaint and could not help me at all or even know what to say. There is an Advanced Auto Parts like a quarter mile away from them. Go there instead, do not visit this AutoZone. They need to get themselves together. The service was terrible and the atmosphere of the store is not inviting at all. I advise you to shop elsewhere. Especially if you need quality REAL advice on a serious issue or even a simple one.

Went into the store to order a heater core for my Ford van. Talk to the store manager Jaun. Figured out the right one said he could have it in the next day and they would give me a call. This was about 10 AM Friday. I called 830 Saturday night part was never ordered. I now know why my company quit using Autozone. If the management speaks like this for their company I dont understand how they can stay in business. I go to the competition Orielys part was in the shelf and cheaper

Terrible place, My car broke down and I had to leave it in the parking lot for a few days I communicated with management almost daily and left my phone number, however they still had my car towed, I understand i shouldnt have left my vehicle but I was waiting on a part and was told it would be ok... talk about being kicked when down....

Ordered parts for my car on a Monday was supposed to pick them up Wednesday & they ordered the wrong part. Reorder the part & was supposed to pick up Friday morning & the parts still werent in. Another week my car doesnt get fixed.

worthless store and parts, Oreillys is around the corner on 72nd, much better parts and service. But hen Im a professional mechanic, this may be good for weekend warriors if you want to wait hours.

Always busy however service is friendly and mostly knowledgeable. Its an Auto zone , dont expect more than that and you wont be disappointed.

The parts are cheap, and rebuilt does not last. Staff does not know a whole lot. Better off going to Advanced Auto down the street.
