Return policy is garbage. I could have avoided this whole ordeal if I had only gone to the dealership which sells my type of vehicle. I went in to purchase a gallon of coolant for my vehicle. When I got home I opened the jug to see what color the coolant was, and it was the wrong color. Now grant it, there is a small semi clear line on the jug which allows you to kind of see what color the liquid inside is, but you cannot be 100% sure what color the coolant is unless you open the seal and look inside. I did this and saw that it was the absolute wrong color. I then closed up the jug and went over to the Jeep dealer and explained the situation. He said that it was the wrong kind so he offered and I purchased the proper type. I returned to NAPA and explained the situation. They called who I believe to be the manager named Cesar. He refused to accept the coolant because the seal had been broken. I showed him my receipt from the Chrysler dealer so he could see I had purchased another one, plus the jug he had sold me was full. He still refused to accept my return because I had pulled it myself from the rack. Since I had no use for the jug of coolant I left it on the counter with the receipt, thanked them and walked out. The same thing happened to me at Advance Auto Parts two days before. They sold me the wrong coolant, I had to open the seal to verify and when I returned it, they accepted it, no questions asked. Regardless, theyre selling the wrong stuff and honestly they dont know what theyre selling. When going in here, please be aware that their return policy is garbage and make sure you absolutely know what youre buying because of you buy the wrong thing, theyre not going to help you; youre gonna end up keeping the wrong item. They have good and friendly service, but I personally think they couldve helped me out on something so simple. They lost a customer over 15 dollars. Update 7-8-17: Spoke with Autozone, explained my situation and they said they would also have accepted the jug of coolant with the seal broken. I think its best to avoid NAPA.

Terrible customer service. I walked in to ask about a part and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody ask me what I need or bothered to let me know they will be with me soon. They acted like I was not there. And there were 4 staff members standing around! Napa should restaf this store. Total idiots here costing them money. They are rude on the phone too.

Was looking for simple nuts for my rear spoiler to hold it on and they said that I would need to go to a hardware store so I went and bought what I needed at Oreily auto parts...I should have went there from the start but napa is right next to me but next time I know better.
