Never been so disappointed in a place before like I am with AutoZone. I keep being given the wrong parts, and getting treated like I am ignorant. I know what vehicle I drive clearly you all do not, every time you argue that I am telling you the wrong car and insist on giving me the WRONG PART EVERY TIME! I have owned my 2003 Explorer Sport for almost 5 years I know the difference between a 4 door, and 2 door and a Sport, and Sport Trac, I will NEVER be coming back here again, I am more then tired of continuously having to come back multiple times in a day to try to get the right part because Im being treated like I am ignorant. I have a lot more work to put into my car, and will be certainly taking my business else where.

Not everyone is ignorant when it comes to vehicles. Staff doesnt want to hear what kind of vehicle options your car has when its relevant to the part. Just answer the questions they get from the computer and hope your part is right. Auto zones reward card is useless if you lose it, even though they ask you for your number upon check out with out the card. Card is only good for redeeming rewards/discounts in store. I get my oil and filters from Walmart now, cheaper and theres no staff telling me what part I need instead of want.

These folks really know their stuff. I was having issues with the injectors on my Toyota. They not only supplied me the correct parts but Landon even stayed after he was off at 2200 and helped me get them installed. Earlier in the day, he even took the time to get the best way to install them. I cant thank them enough and I will go out of my way to get my parts there. Thank you for all the help and knowledge you gave me.

I like the staff there, but I have been in the store the last two times and people just left there products they wanted to buy, and walked out due to not getting help to check out. One employee in store looking up items for people and one outside. They need to check people out to make $! I left today after waiting to get checked out.

Love this location! Were in this store ALL the time. They have all the popular loaner tools and are great about calling when our parts come in. They make sure we use our loyalty card each time, and even hook us up with the "DISCOUNT" button every now and then!

Ok if you need ,car washing soap , a weekly oil and filter deal or some go fast peel and stick performance gear But when it comes to serious car maintenance or modifications go with a performance supplier Jegs , or online speed shop to get Quality

Tried to do an even exchange for oil and they ended up charging me more because the system could not just exchange when first purchased on special the day before. Ridiculous.
