So Im really disappointed because I have spent over $300 to $400 at this store in the past week in ahalf the people are really nice but you guys really need to know money to work there went in today to get more parts I mean $20 is not much but for me with three kids it is And to get back a fake $20 from here Im upset yea I should have checkd It all before leaving the store but being in a rush and didnt is my fault but i will not return to this store to waist my money ever again if you cant tell fake money from real money you should not have a job that you have to handle the money you guys need to have some classes on REAL AND FAKE MONEY SO YOU DONT SCREW OVER ANY MORE CUSTOMERS!!my advice to everyone before you leave this or any store check your change first!!

Very displeased with the service provided by Amanda. We are considering closing our commercial account because the issue has NOT being fixed after it got reported to management, she never made any changes on her behavior towards us. Our clients are now noticing the way she speaks to the owner and it is a total embarrassment. She forgets he is the client. He has never ever mistreated any of the auto zone employees in this location or any other one, and everyone but her has been nice to us. Too bad they are losing a good commercial account that always pays them on time and expends over $5000 a month at the store. Good Bye!

Amazing experience! Came because my battery had died and Glenn Person sold me a replacement and was willing to install. In the process the connector broke off my car terminal because of corrosion. Glenn spent 45 minutes in the cold rain replacing my connecter. he had to use a rust remover as my other connector was rusted. Way to go the extra mile

When I come in with super simple needs (brake light) or something much more complex, the staff treats me very well. Always helpful and very knowledgeable of both my car and their store. Store is clean and, especially compared to other chains, well stocked.

Its a newer store and the staff has always been great to work with. In general I dig Autozone because they really dont give you a huge hassle over returns and the staff is helpful. Id shop here any day of the week!
