A mi marido lo atendieron ayer a las 9:20pm. Mi experiencia fue que cuando fui ayer anoche un hombre blanco y calvo atendio a mi marido de mala manera y no le ayudo para nada a buscar una luz frontal de mi guagua y a otros si le ayuda. Siendo el único de habla español trato a mi marido como una basura. Un hispano tratando mal a otro hispano y eso no se hace, diciendole de mala manera "línea 1, 9006".

staff uses the computer to look up parts. they also pawn off work to other staff. I was tossed around from different worker to the next. I ordered a part a week ago and they say it is still at the HUB and that it will be in today. Well still no part yet. there is a great auto store run by a private owner a few establishments down. He will put AutoZone to shame! This is an update to my previous post. I called the store at 8:00 and was put in hold, I was driving to the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes and when I got to the store, no one was there. Staff was unloading boxes in back.

If I can give 0 stars I would, the staff here have the worst attitude. I asked Darwin to check out my battery & he completely brushed me off with a dismissive attitude told me the machine is broken. Ive been coming here for over 7 years because its near my house now I wont step in there for air fresheners. I advise everyone to go to Advanced Auto Parts down the street where they know how to treat customers.

AWFUL experience, ordered online and when I came they didnt have it ready. They passed my confirmation from one to another until somebody went to find my already paid items. They are rude people, brought the items to my car and took stuff out from my trunk to make space meanwhile they called police and claimed I was trespassing private property. WTF?! Since when customers are trespassing! Nasty attitude

Ghetto place, messy and absolutely zero help here. I asked for help finding something, and this employee literally would not take his headphones off (was talking to someone on the other line)- I mean really?! These kids are getting paid to walk around, listen to music, and ignore the fact that theyre working. Terrible establishment. Will drive further out next time. Highly do not recommend.

Terrible experience, employees are not trained properly. previously I had two complaints about this locations which was never taken care of, I m a type of person who always give 5 stars or 4 stars. But this location needs ( -5 stars. ). Really unprofessional and waste of time . Drive a block and go to advanced Auto Recommend.

They are helpful here. They will install the windshield wipers I buy from them and they also will hook up their machine if I have an engine light on to diagnose it and if its not an issue they will turn it off. I thank them and will be back to buy more stuff.

The manager is very nice and friendly however, the sales guys have no manners. They are extremely rude and do not know how to properly greet customers. AutoZone definitely needs to train their workers before allowing them to work on the floor.
