Interesting that there are negative reviews of this place. I only recently (last few months) started going there for my parts and Rich takes such good care of me, that I have been back numerous times. Never tries to up-sell me on things I do not need, is communicative, and does the research to find the correct parts for my cars. I have some cars with hard to find parts that are not readily available, so it is nice to find someone whom will go beyond the computer, pick up a phone, and try to find what you need. So, I have no complaints and only positive thoughts.

A Private User

To the general public, do you want entertainment, walk into this store. Sales boys who throw merchandise at one another, dont know a battery from a caliper and a business owner with the mentality of a 12 yr old..Sales boys who hit up on the female cashiers making lude remarks while i stand there waiting for my change. The owner and his children will make you appalled. See when business starts to decline, you franchise a name like NAPA to attract customers, this is not a genuine napa store or the name bridge would no longer be posted.

since I have another source who has better prices this store is not my main go to place for parts , but I do use them from time to time and never had any problems with the staff or the merchandise. easy to get to and easy to park and they are open on sunday. what more do you want?

Need it? They can get it. Usually same day. I dont think Ive ever even gotten the wrong part from them. Even so, when Ive needed to exchange other things, theyve never given me an issue. To top it off, their prices beat most of their online competition.

Mr Russelle hires young men and women who know nothing about troubleshooting, dignosing and the difference between apprentice and expert, this is how you save on employee pay, dont hire experts, hire worlds dumbest for minimum wage.

This is "Not" a Genuine NAPA auto parts store and if your not a commercial customer and these guys start giving you commercial discounts, stop doing business here, Mr. Russelle will chew the staff out then you for accepting.

Just called to see if they had a particular part in stock, the salesperson didnt sound too sure what I was talking about, was VERY NASTY then proceeded to hang up on me. I will NEVER patron this place. EVER.

Great place. The staff are always willing to help. They find the parts quick and have helped install wipers and change remote batteries. I highly recommend this place.
