This place as a life saver when I had some car issues when I first moved to NYC. Ive since sold my car but as a long time Autozoner I knew when I pulled into the parking lot I would be taken care of. I was able to get a battery for my car and replace it in the parking lot without trouble. I even had them run a scan on my car to make sure it was running optimally before I sold it a week later. Its dingy and dirty inside but thats how you know youve come to an auto parts store that is part of the local auto scene. Tons of selection, fair prices, colorful surroundings and a friendly staff are what I loved about this place. Keep it up guys!

I have a thing with Autozone. I always like going there because staff are usually chill and willing to explain things. The one guy I dealt with here was a complete dick - seriously. He fed me bs about my car and when I corrected them he told me "oh you know whats going on - why are you bothering me then?" And then went on a rant. I ended up breaking out and just buying the part on Amazon for a few dollars more.

Helpful.. I gave 3 stars cause they need to learn how do first come first serve not help people off the floor while my ass is on line and take them in front of me ... Two separate people did that. I still gave four stars cause they are still polite helpful and willing to find answers if they dont know... There selection is basic for such a big place but has what u need

This place sucks , the wait on line is insane. There is never enough staff . Doesnt matter what time or day of the week. If you go there you HAVE to know exactly what you need because the staff is NOT knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable better than going to the auto places on jerome where you will get straight ripped off.

I had a very positive experience here they got me a Magnaflow Exhaust at a very good price!! The only setback is that they didnt tell me it was open box although it was brand new upon checking it. The staff at first werent knowledgeable until I asked for someone else. Theres free parking and overall Im happy thank you.

Such a long wait. Checkout and parts service is one line, so youll have to wait for people with parts issue to finish with what there doing then youll be able to checkout. Which is absolutely nonsense.
