Do NOT waste your time or money! Enough said. Do NOT trust the service department. They do not return calls. Things not only not fixed as promised, but other things broken when getting my bike back. They even gave me the bike with the throttle loose. They was suposed to be fixing the cruise control which was not working when I bought the bike and they promised to fix. How many times do I need to leave my bike for them to fix it? And why do I need to pay for things their employees broke? I even had to pay more to the DMV for my tag. Total untrustworthy folks. Update 24 March,. I received a phone call from Chris who threatened me and said I needed to b a MAN and deal with it and not post a review. HE also stated I was not much of a human. He all but admitted that he knew when he sold me the bike tere were problems he cound not solve. So, why would a dealer sell something they knew had issues? I called Polaris support. I am so sad I ever bought their product. Love the looks, but it has been more problems than a Harley. And the dealers actions are 2000% if the issues.

My neighbor recently purchased a new bike from your dealership. He was totally impressed with the product and had put $6000 down to start the process The fly in the ointment has been customer service with both the sales and the factory. He was initially told he would have his bike within 2 to 6 weeks. It must have been sales-speak because that estimate wasnt even close. What he found out from the factory is that his bike would start to be made and shipped when there were enough orders for a production run of that model. The bike did finally arrive at the dealership minus the mounting kits for the saddle bags and windshield. Now thats what I would call being organized! In closing I have this to say. Your dealership has made the buying process as painful as having teeth pulled with pliers. This is not hearsay. Hed sold his old ride and missed a rally fully expecting to have the new one in time.

A bunch of filthy racists Im sorry. My friend and I was mortified. We freshly received our license to ride and we where set and ready to purchase a new bike and No body, I mean nobody wanted to help us, just a bunch of stairs and poor attitudes. And they followed us like criminals around the store and my friend was white. We are normal working class citizens in normal clothing. They ruined our first experience of purching a new bike for the first time. I hope all bike sores do not treat minorites like this. No beause of this store when i go to next bike shop I will be very hostal. "Indian Motorcycle" very ironic. I definitely will warn others of this store thus going else wear to purchase would be best. I will never go to this store again. Nor dose other minorities or whites that have friends of color period be warned. What a filthy place

Marano di Napoli, Napoli, Italy 5.0 star rating7/16/2015 I have NEVER had a better buying experience; car, bike or otherwise. I felt like family the moment I walked in. One of the owners, Robin, greeted me at the door. He turned out to be an extremely genuine man who clearly loves riding and knows his craft. Being a racer himself, we hit it off from the start. Leo, the general manager was awesome. His service was world-class, financing was quick and easy. Knowing how big this decision was for me, along with his calm demeanor, he never once made me feel rushed. Indian not only has a new customer for life, but my whole family loved the experience

Not sure why I only rated 4 stars? Just did my 10k mile after Run For The Wall to DC. My experience with IMOC has been 5 star from purchase of my 2016 Springfield in August of 2016 to my experience with Chris and Max in service. Leo gave me a great deal and the respect I have been shown for being a vet is humbling. I have also been a part of the Indian Riders Club on the second Sunday of the month. If your wanting a genuinely good experience at owning a great motorcycle, then come to IMOC...tell em "RayRay" sent you! God bless.

The only negative thing I can say about Indian OC is that they are too far from Phoenix, AZ. My shift rod broke on my 16 Springfield on the 2nd to last day of a 2400 mile trip. Not only did they call me back quickly, they told me if they didnt have the part, theyd pull one off another bike to get me back on the road (I was 400 miles from home). I walked in an hour before they were closing and they got me right in and had me out the door within an hour. Excellent service!!!

My husband and I went last May, we received a warn welcome and wonderful shopping experience from a great staff! We even walked away with some free items! I highly recommend visiting this location to anyone. Not that it matters, but just a fyi..we are Chicanos (Mexican/American)..the staff ( Im assuming are Caucasian) and not once did we feel any racism directed towards us.

Purchasing the bike was an amazing experience, Ive had it for over 2 years so far and the experience with the service department has been fantastic, Chris has helped me deal with Polaris in a warranty issue and is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. I recommend this dealership and service department, not only are the bikes cool but the customer service is top notch.

I have been part of the IMOC family since January of 2015, when I got my wonderful Indian Scout. IMOC had been great to me, and they have been great to my bike. I could not be happier. I absolutely adore Chris, as he takes care of everything I need and he is an awesome rider himself. See you on Thursday, when I drop of my baby for her 15k miles check!

Bought my first motorcycle an Indian Sixty this summer from Indian Motorcycle of Orange county. My experience was great with John helping me through the process and Leo dealing in a fair, professional manner. I just had my motorcycle 500 mile service which went smoothly on time. Very friendly place, appreciate the positive experience and love my bike.

Their service department rocks! A last minute emergency brought me 500 miles from home right when my bike was due for its 5k service. They not only squeezed me in and got me taken care of the NEXT day, they also were able to upgrade my cams for me while they had the bike apart! Great dealership, great service! I only wish I lived closer!

Had Indian/Victory of Orange County (California) install my HMD520 rake kit on my Victory Vision. Very happy with the outcome and price. Its nice to find a dealership nearby that you feel comfortable with.

Needed oil change a long way from home...got me in and was pretty reasonable price wise. Chris was easy to work with. They even brought me a phone case for the bracket I bought to my hotel.
