I needed to order a hard-to-find slave cylinder, and Reno KTM was the only place that had it. Unfortunately, I live hundreds of miles away, and I needed the part the next day. I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Brody; he was incredibly attentive and helpful, offered overnight shipping, and got me the part in time. The whole process was quick and painless, the price was fair, and the customer support was fantastic. Great company. Go here for your KTM needs, even if you dont live nearby **Thumbs up**

Even though I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I do all my business with this shop. I have several shop options MUCH closer to my home, but I make the trip for my service needs because they have legitimate master mechanics and I dont trust my bikes with the average shop. I get online retail level prices on parts and accessories and they consistently provide fast shipping. Bike inventory and pricing is excellent. The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I have dealt with Nevada Motorcycle Specialties, Reno KTM for over 25 years and they are the most obliging and customer service oriented motorcycle shop. I know that they go way above the call of duty in taking care of their customers and turn out great work.
