I really cant say enough about this place to do it justice. BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County is not your typical dealership. It is a place where one goes to visit have fun and learn. If you are into motorcycles, of any brand, I would suggest you come spend a Saturday morning visiting and talking to the stream of other customers that are coming and going all day. Just about everyone has a story they are willing share. Although the staff is pretty darn busy on Saturdays, they are always ready to talk shop and answer questions in the full capacity of their respective Jobs. The real magic, however happens when they find themselves free to mingle with their customers (any day not just on Saturdays). They just visit and tell stories like they were just another customer. It is a wonderful way to learn about motorcycling for the newby or the veteran. The point here is... there does not seem to be any real salespeople at this this shop. I was never approached nor have I seen anyone else be greeted with a stiff “May I help you find something today” or a “What are you looking for”… nope nothing like that just a smile and hi or hello. You might actually see them walk away and carry on with what they were doing if your response did not seem say stop and help me now. You won’t get attacked by a salesperson here. Everyone who works at BMW Ventura County is just a motorcycle lover nothing more. They know there stuff and seem to sell only by showing their excitement when you decide to ask questions.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY A NEW BIKE. Flawless experience in buying my new 2015 BMW S1000R from this dealership. Best experience buying either a bike or car from a dealership. I have subsequently worked with nearly everyone there from Sales to Apparel to Service for break-in inspection and aftermarket parts installation. This is a perfect dealership. Incredibly friendly, honest and human staff made buying the bike painless and even pleasant.. Horen is a wonderful sales professional; he made making me a BMW rider possible. Thank you Horen.... . If youre even thinking about a bike, call Horen in sales and check out the BMW line. He got me taken care of and riding away on my new BMW in an hour at most. Ive owned Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha. My BMW S1000R is a VASTLY superior bike in design, engineering, production, features, performance and handling. Just go Fn test drive one.
