After an extremely uncomfortable ride on my Kawasaki Concours with my wife, we had to get off the 101 and take a break. It just happened to be the exit for Ventura Harley Davidson. I had been looking at one in the past but wasnt sure about having a payment. This ride brought me to the fact it was more important to be comfortable. The staff at Ventura Harley are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and they answered all my questions. I got a great deal on a bike that I consider is an awesome investment.

Mark in the parts department is the best !! I was trying to get for tubes for 14 year old Harley. They didnt have any in stock, he checked and said Glendale H.D. had some and got me their number. Didnt work out, paid for tubes to get back ordered. Found some that night, went back the next day and got a full refund, no problems !!

Mike is the absolute best service manager I have encountered. This guy really cares about his customers but more importantly, he has the ability to successfully lead his team of techs. I have a dealer within walking distance of my house but I trust him so making the 60+ round trip is worth the time.

Just a BTW, Ventura Harley Davidson closes at 5PM!! on Saturdays, not at 6pm. But the service there is amazing; everyone in the Motorclothes was great. I would definitely recommend going there for anything you may need.

Dealership needs updating with some more windows or additional lighting. Its also kind of a small dealership. But the staff is friendly.
