After bringing my bike back because the initial work was sub-par (and after my initial poor review on google), RMS was a little displeased with me, but they at least stepped up and serviced my bike quickly and hopefully corrected the problem that was previously overlooked (I will see the results later). I am updating my previous rating of 2 stars to 4 stars as a token of good will, as I believe in second chances and perhaps they will focus on giving the type of service the second go around with me on the first go around with their other customers. Initial service that was performed was very sub-par and not to the reaffirmed expectation that I had received from the staff when I dropped off my bike. Regardless of what another bias post may say, I dont ask, nor expect anything for free and am more than happy to pay for good service and results.

The kids at this sore have no communication skills. I bought a scooter there two weeks ago rode it like 4 times. Brought the scooter back for them to fix because there were things that wernt fixed correctly. when we got the scooter the plastic cover to the brakes were broken. They said they cant fix it. well, can they at least take the parts off a diffrent scooter or somthing?? then in front of the scooter the handle was broke off. Who did that. but yet they still did not fix it. so now i can get a ticket for that ship not fixed correctly. They couldnt get me another scooter?? WOW SHUCK JERKS, NOW I GET TO BUT NEW PLASTIC BRAKE COVERS BECAUSE THEY PUT IT TOGETHER WITH AN AIR TOOL AND TIGHTEND IT TOO TIGHT. It just fell apart when we looked at it. Not at all willing to accomodate me with an idea of what to do with the broken plastic.........

These guys are great--I needed new tires on a week-long tour and was coming through Reno. I called other places first, and one of their competitors had the tire I needed, but wouldnt let me make an appointment to mount them 3 days ahead of time. Then I called RMS. They had the tires, the prices were good, they confirmed an appointment time (important to me as I was coming into Reno that afternoon, and leaving early the next morning), they were ready when I got there, and had the tires mounted in even less time than theyd promised. And were super nice and careful with my bike too.

Great experience! Less than 5 seconds after walking in Mike from behind the counter, while helping a customer, told me hed be right with me. Sure enough, he came right out as I was looking at tires. Was looking at Shinko 805s but he talked me into the Heidenau K60 Scouts. I price checked against Cycle Gear and Revzilla and he beat their price by over $25 each tire, which saved me the cost of mount & balance($20). They also will do the mount and balance while you wait! It took about 30 minutes. Amazing service, will be going back for gear and more parts!

Ive tried continually to give this shop a chance I really want a reason to spend money at a small local business and every time I am disappointed I step foot in the store the employees lack any kind of communication skills it requires to sell retail or work with the public so if youre looking for a shop to take your stuff or just looking to buy some gear or parts Id recommend not wasting gas time or breath

This shop is great. To the last two reviews that bashed RMS. Both wanted FREE service. When a mechanic test your electrical stuff, he does not do it for free. When a mechanic gives you a price to put your plastic back on... Its not for FREE. I always take my bike here to get worked on. Fair prices and good results. I dont ever expect it done for free.

Rip off!!! I am so pissed, i had them test my ignition coil and nuetral switch and first they said we will test it tomorrow and i pick it up the next day. They charged me 20 bucks just to tell me that they were still good!!! They are rip offs, 20 bucks for doing a test that takes 5 mins maybe!!! Never going here again!!!

Went there just to have tube put into a little scooter tire. They said it would take and hour and it was done on time. Nice store and personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go there again and would recommend them to anyone.

The employees were on Facebook instead of helping customers. It was very awkward waiting to be helped while they were chatting away. I just left. It sucks that I have to give them even one star. Cant believe theyre still in business.

Phenomenal motorcycle store. Service, repair, parts, etc...all very exceptional. Highly recommend this motorcycle store to anyone, especially if you own a Honda. BV Honda on Market is a rip-off, plus they are not competent.
